Pros:

I have been visiting and staying at this hotel over the past seven years. It is the reason I returned to Oaxaca and I live here now. I love the pool and the families who clearly enjoy their time here. The staff are exceptional! Kind and considerate all. Thank you!

Pros:

La habitación súper cómoda, limpia y fresca.

Cons:

La piscina está muy linda, sin embargo nos tocó un tanto sucia, había vasos sucios dentro, animalitos muertos, y llegó un punto que no podías nadar porque había muchos niños lanzándose por todos lados, tuvimos que salir de la piscina.

Overall we had a great stay and we will consider staying here again if we visit Oaxaca by car.
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel, the pool area and the rooms are very well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the fact that there was a big parking lot.

Cons:

It would be great if the kids‘ part of the pool was shaded with a sail or some other type of coverage to protect the little ones from the sun.

Pros:

Las zonas comunes (piscina y jardines) están muy bien, pero las habitaciones son muy sin más. Está un poco alejado del centro de Oaxaca de Juárez, aunque alguna vez fuimos andando y se tardaba una media hora desde el hotel.

Cons:

La habitación es muy básica. No tiene ni una pequeña nevera ni ponen vasos siquiera. Tampoco nos ponían siempre todas las toallas. No es una habitación especialmente cómoda.

Excelente atención del personal, la comida del restaurante y alberca excelente y a buen precio

Cons:

Demasiada luz en la habitación, ventilador de techo no se puede regular la velocidad, ruido de alberca llegaba mucho a la habitación
