A clean but old property

Staff was vert sterile. The property is getting old, not just here and there, but everything just looks old. Office, pool, hot tub, carpets, doors, tub/shower surround stains, furniture, quality of the TV reception, A/C, screen door to patio, furniture, evevator.

Nothing was gross and dirty rooms shower in one was broken the other full soap built up and stains.. this was supposed to be a top of a line suite but was more.like a empty one bedroom apartment with a Riverview only things good about the place was the view and restaurant.. stay was rude when brought up issue. A master suite with a full bar partial kitchen with nothing but coffee cups for 2?? Wow never will be back to hotel but will visit the non associated restaurant. Waste of money to stay here

Short and sweet
Pros:

Love that it’s near the river and the location is great for when we visit family near by.

Cons:

The room we stayed in, had weird angles that made it hard to enter the room with all of my things. Also, the TV was very hard to maneuver. A regular remote would have been better, so I could at least see what’s on each channel without having to actually click on each channel. Was so frustrated.

Great deal great location and view
Pros:

The daily room service and the view. It was nice to come back from a hard days work to a clean and refreshed room with daily linen changing.

Cons:

Breakfast is too late in the morning and the parking situation is horrible. There’s not enough room to comfortably maneuver our work trucks around and breakfast would’ve nice to be served at 6am and not 7am. For the guys using the hotel while working out in that area would’ve been nice for us
