While close to the beach, and clean, I would not stay again
Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

The room was extremely small. The shower pressure was so bad due to either water pressure or fixture and it took very long to get hot water. The hot water in bathroom sink never worked, even after leaving on for 15 mins. My daughter in law had to buy a play crib for my granddaughter, even after she had communicated that she needed one for her when she booked. There is no one on the grounds in the evenings or the Sunday morning before we left. On Saturday evening we went out to dinner, we came back around 10 PM, and there was not one parking spot, except for the ones that were either handicap or for electric vehicles. We ended up having to park on the street and pay $20. Having only one key, and no one in the office, should we have gotten locked out, was very unnerving. The freezer in the little refrigerator in the room was completely iced over.

I would not come back
Pros:

I reached out to this place after booking and asked if they have pack n plays or cribs they could provide or if I should bring my own. They stated they had a pack n play they could loan and would have that ready upon my arrival. I arrived after office hours, checked in, and went to my room. There was no pack n play. There was no one in the office to talk to. I called the number on the office door and it went straight to an automated message. I texted the same number and explained the situation. The person replied that they wouldn't be able to get the pack n play until the next day. I just went to Walmart and spent $50 on a pack n play. I was only provided with 1 parking pass, however my room had 2 queen beds. I traveled with my family taking 2 vehicles. I was asked to pay $40 on a second parking pass. Also, there was a bullet hole in my living room window.

We enjoyed our stay at Saint Pete Beach suites on Saint Pete Beach Lori at the front desk and her team was awesome. They accommodated everything we wanted. Anything ask them they made it happen with a smile we will be back and we highly recommend this place to stay. It’s right down the street from the beach you can walk to the beach. 🥰

Weekend Getaway
Pros:

Perfect location! Property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Pool areas have a lot of seating areas and very well kept. Will be back!!

Location is great. But the stay was ok
Pros:

Stayed here in the past, was great. But this stay was a lot different. No one in office, parking was a issue, 1 of the pools were closed. Had to ask for pool towels and hotel towels. Just not as good as before. No customer service.

No front desk clerk available. No parking the first night. Pool was not working. Had to ask towels and pool towels every day.
Garbage in pool area not cleaned, no pool towels. A/c in room not cooling room. Appliances outdated.

Pros:

I am so sad to report this will be our last stay here. The property management has gone virtual and the amenities and standards wrnt with them. AC is a struggle, TV doesn't work in one of the bedrooms, there are no beach chairs to borrow (this is listed as an amenity) the washer and dryers dont work and apparently have been out of order for months (according to other reviews). The hot water doesn't work in the bathroom (there is a sign warning of this IN the bathroom), things are broken, there are cobwebs on the furniture, pool is dirty, there is vomit on the walk up for last several days, wifi is spotty at best. Just not what we are used to with this property. So disappointed and we will not be back.

I loved everything about our stay besides the beds. You should truly invest in comfortable beds

Cons:

The parking was a nightmare a lot of spots were so short we could barley fit our truck. The beds are the most uncomfortable ever my hips were killing me all night long I was up all night tossing and turning because the beds are so hard and uncomfortable

We loved the suite!
Pros:

We loved our suite! The pool was 30 feet from our door and it super clean and warm! We were one block away from the beach and the beach was just beautiful! There was a restaurant right across the street and food was excellent! We are definitely going back in 6 months!
