It was clean and spacious
There was only 1 chair when 2 people were staying in a king room. There was definitely more room for another chair or table besides a desk and chair. And the bed was too noisy.

This place was amazing! We stayed here for our 2 days Disney trip, and it was an excellent budget-friendly hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it came with a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient for storing and preparing our food. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the Disney area. The room was clean and well-maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the air conditioner, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

The bathroom could be better. There were black spots on the ceiling looks like it could have been mold, the bathroom window area was dirty had cobwebs, the shower had no hooks or area for us to place our toiletries, and the outlet for curlers was not secure. Also, we had a room for 4 people and there was 1 chair at the desk to eat. One recommendation would be to add a full length mirror.

The property would use a little more focus on cleaning. We found hairs all over the bathroom that were not ours.

Staff were helpful to the best of their abilities and we were close to where we needed to be. Cleaning lady gave us extra towels and made sure we had enough supplies since we declined cleaning. We stayed only 2 nights.
Plenty of room if you have a lot of luggage or want to dress up.
Hangers were provided with iron board and ironer.

Tv with great channel like nickelodeon and Adult Swim.
I wanted this to be a restful/comfortable get away while attending family and friends event, in addition to doing some shopping. I should have done a better research. If your trip is to go to Disneyland on a certain budget and with some criteria, this may be it for you.
We stayed in 122. Upon entering there was a strong bleach smell that took a while to get used to, there was a puddle in the shower floor that is probably due to the wear and tear of the shower floor. That puddle never drained.
The second and third day, the room started to smell musty. The shower is poor design and had to move the shower head. You get soaked on trying to turn it off and on. The shower door didnt keep the water in, so expect to have a wet floor.
The entry door was difficult to lock because it required pulling strong on the door. This was odd because a $100 deposit is added in case we damage anything. We weren't told about the difficulty of the door until we tried to leave.
Fireworks were loud at around 9pm so plan for that.
We can hear the upstairs unit walk, drop stuff, and kids cry. So...avoid the lower floor if you plan to book.
Fridge didnt freeze water bottles overnight and was a bit dirty on the lip. This made it unappealing to place my food in there...but I had no choice and was thankful for a fridge.
No lock on bathroom and it is hard to hear if the ac is on. I knew about the lock though.
No blackout curtains to block out the light and sunlight.
Wall AC is very loud. Not even good as white noise for sleeping.
Equipment is old. Hair dryer attached to wall.
Pillows were small and blankets were not as comfortable.
Love to the hotel. Love the room and generally what a pleasant stay. We had an issue with the shower as the handle came off when trying to use it. This was at 10:50 pm and the manager at the hotel managed to find us another room and allowed us to move. The room was clean, there was ample space in every room and generally the bathroom was pretty good exactly what you would expect in a room/hotel that is essentially a motel style. Really happy with the product here the bed was comfortable and extremely large. We actually loved that we could leave our car at the hotel for free during the day whilst going down to Disney which was honestly about a 10 minute walk. One road super easy I would recommend this hotel purely based on the parking situation. As well as this we managed to park on the final day after our checkout for the full day through some communication with the hotel staff which was another plus to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was really welcoming and we would look to come back in a heartbeat if we were going to Disneyland again. An excellent stay.
I did look a little bit tired in places. There was some scuffs on the wall, the fridge froze all of the drinks that were in it but these are very minor and genuinely don't impact my opinion purely trivial facts.
Close by to Disneyland and parking is free.
