Ultra central, extremely quiet, 5 stars, classic location and a great romanian breakfast, with in-house sweets.

Poziționarea locației, atmosfera care te întoarce în perioada istorică, staff-ul. Am fost cazată mult mai devreme decât ora de efectuare a check-in-ului. Foarte curat.

Oude grandeur en ligging
Hotel Casa Capsa – Boekarest ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Prachtig hotel in Jugendstil, met oude kroonluchters, versleten vloerbedekking en een flinke dosis vergane glorie. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: dát was ook een beetje waarvoor we kwamen. 😉
De ontvangst was helaas niet bepaald warm. Na het douchen bleef het water de hele nacht over de badkamervloer stromen. En op weg naar het ontbijt struikelden we bijna over een kakkerlak. Bij de receptie: één keer “sorry” en één keer schouderophalen… 🤷♀️
Het ontbijt was wisselend: droge cake, oude granola en lauwe eieren. De croissants waren gelukkig prima!
De kamer was heerlijk stil, maar de airco maakte genoeg herrie voor twee.
Kortom: veel sfeer en historie, maar voor deze prijs (€275,- voor 2 nachten) verwachten we toch iets meer van 3 sterren. Een heel mager 6je, voor een vleugje nostalgie en een flinke knipoog.
Locatia excelenta, perosnalul foarte amabil, camerele spatioase si linistite desi se afla chiar in centrul orasului.
Singurul minus ca nu am avut internet.
Historisch hotel in het hartje van Boekarest. Perfecte ligging om het centrum van Biekarest te bezoeken. Indrukwekkend intérieur dat een 19e eeuwse sfeer uitademt.
Het personeel is niet altijd even vriendelijk. De eenpersoonskamers zijn klein en niet echt comfortabel.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
El hotel no es un 5 estrellas y se vende en booking como tal.
Respecto a las instalaciones: es un hotel muy antiguo, si bien es parte del encanto hay servicios básicos que no hay sido actualizados (Aire acondicionado sin abasto para el tamaño de las habitaciones, bañeras viejas y que largaban agua sucia)
Respecto al personal: todos excelente actitud, tuve dos inconvenientes (habitación con mucho calor y mucho ruido por una fiesta en el primer piso) y en ambos casos de dispusieron a solucionarlo (en el primer caso me cambiaron de habitación, en el segundo me devolvieron dinero)
Respecto a los amenities: inexistentes.
Respecto al desayuno: cometí el error de abonar la noche con desayuno, tienen instalaciones para desayuno buffet pero el personal te pregunta qué deseas y te arman ellos el plato.
En mí caso me crucé solo a otros dos huéspedes en todo el hotel, por lo que el mismo es tranquilo aunque un poco tenebroso.
En resumen, el hotel es cómodo y el personal muy amable y profesional. Sin embargo no es un 5 estrellas y no es correcto que se lo publicite así, la infraestructura del hotel impide que sea 5 estrellas y el servicio brindado cumple pero no es exageradamente bueno
