wir hatten eine Junior Suite für zwei Nächte reserviert und am Tag der Anreise telefonisch avisiert und mitgeteilt, dass wir die erste Nacht nicht rechtzeitig anreisen würden, das Zimmer normal zahlen aber erst für die zweit Nacht beziehen würden. Am darauf folgenden Tag war das Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar mit Aussage, das Hotel hätte das Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit weiter vermietet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass wenn ein Zimmer bezahlt ist, das Zimmer entsprechend auch verfügbar ist und bin sehr verärgert.

Pros:

Een mooi en sfeervol hotel op een rustige locatie. Het ligt niet heel dichtbij het centrum van Milaan, maar als je met de auto reist is de locatie juist erg praktisch. Het gratis parkeren is daarbij een groot pluspunt.

Wat mij vooral opviel was het personeel: iedereen was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een compliment waard!

Helaas werkte de airconditioning in mijn kamer niet goed, wat tijdens de warme dagen wel jammer was. Ook waren sommige dingen in de kamer wat verouderd en hier en daar aan vervanging toe. De antieke meubels bedoel ik daar absoluut niet mee; die passen juist prachtig bij de sfeer en het karakter van het hotel.

Al met al heb ik een prettig verblijf gehad, vooral dankzij de mooie sfeer, de rustige ligging en het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Shower grouting was terrible which made the bathroom look a bit tired.
This seems to be a bit of a theme in our Italian hotel experiences.

Piano needs tuning.
