Ask for an upstairs room.
Pros:

-Location was near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores.
-Despite being close to a very busy street, the traffic could not be heard.
-Room was clean (albeit a bit dated)
-Bathroom looked newly renovated.
-Internet was very good, very fast.
-Good sized refrigerator in room.

Cons:

-The hot water machine in the shower kept going out.
-Room was a bit cramped.
-Air conditioning unit would pick up smoke from the smoking area in front and pump it into our room (Had to wear a mask often)
-A dog in the area would bark from 2am to 4am almost every night.

Pros:

The location was really good as it is really accessible to everything

Cons:

No parking space and the street where it is located is quite narrow. TNVS cars had a hard time getting inside the location.

Pretty good neighborhood. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The room is very small , it’s only for one person not t for two. And also pretty far from the MRT. No place to charge the phone near the bed. And you also need to lady a deposit 1000 piso
