The room was large, Our family was able to spread out. The Hotel was clean and very nice. The cookies were an extra touch. The kids loved them. The breakfast was great.
The beds were hard and the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But overall a great hotel.
The staff (besides the manager) was accommodating and helped as much as they could.
The renovations were not communicated. It was nice to be able to use the other hotel pools but absolutely inconvenient. We booked our extended stay because of your pool option.
Our room didn’t have working tv’s or a working garbage disposal. There were no phones in the room so we had to walk down every time our keys didn’t work. There was no safe to use for our valuables. The spoons were sharper than the knives on our kitchenette.
There wasn’t enough staff to handle all of the guest needs and we had more than once that we requested assistance that didn’t come (getting 2 more chairs for our room - I asked again and ZaZa made it happen), lighting the outside fire-pit.
We saw the cleaning crew coming so we turned in our room keys early at check out so she could start cleaning. We went down to the lobby and played cards for a few hours before departing. We asked the male manager if there was a bathroom in the lobby area to be used and he simply said, nope…. It’s being renovated. Nothing more. Very disappointing after the far from expected experience we had hoped for.
The staff there was very nice and friendly. Quick check in.
Everything was pretty good, if I had to make a complaint it would just be be that the hot tub was under renovation and we were excited to get into it.

The kitchen lady on our Friday and Monday was very rude to us all while trying to eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. I complained at check out.

the carts to unload luggage and bring up to the room were terrible. difficult to push or pull, steer and wobbly NOISY wheels- tried both carts
The room smelled very bad. So bad we did not want to stay there
The toilet ran continuously, and refilled every 10 to 15 minutes, keeping us awake.
We had no lights all night no backup generators nothing!

Beautiful room, there were a few paint scratches on the room door, but other than that everything was in great condition. The staff was incredible, especially the lady that kept the breakfast buffet going (which was incredible btw - loved the breakfast burritos with chorizo). She was very kind, and quick when my daughter accidentally spilled her cereal, she came up and cleaned it right up. There was, however, some sort of incident with an ambulance out front when we got back from dinner Saturday night, but it seems like it was it was mainly wrapped up by the time we got there because they were just leaving. Really, that was the only thing that gave me pause, but I am guessing that that was guest related. The rest of the stay was incredible. Cozy beds, beautiful suite with kitchen and pull-out couch. The pool was clean and had a wonderful little hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again.
