Pros:

Lokalita, dobrá snídaně, personál obsluhující u snídaně a při úklidu pokoje byl velmi ochotný a příjemný.

Cons:

Proležená matrace, zapáchající polštář, plesnivé nemyté rámy oken, v koupelně plíseň, fotografie dávno neodpovídají realitě. Výhled žádný, do protějších oken. Jeden z mladých recepčních byl velmi neprofesionální a útočný.

Nice stay in Prague
Pros:

Great location, close to metro lines A, B, C and many trams. Big room, all working very well and clean, good airconditioning, except that as it is an old hotel, there are not many sockets, so charging your phone by the bed was not possible. Maybe extension cords could be available in the rooms? The breakfast was "normal", not anything particular - there was some variation from day to day what was on offer.

Udany pobyt rodzinny w milej atmosferze.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo dobre dojście z dworca kolejowego . Smaczne śniadania , miła obsługa sprzątająca i obsługująca śniadania . Bardzo profesjonalni Panowie na recepcji , fachowa pomoc przy zameldowaniu przy dużej barierze językowej . Hotel ma już swoje lata i widać zmęczenie i zużycie mebli i armatury . Jednak lokalizacja , atmosfera i profesjonalizm obsługi rekompensuje wszystko.

Pros:

Location was great. Close to the train station as well as close to all the central locations to visit. Prague being overall a very walkable city coupled with this location was great.

Cons:

While the front desk staff was pretty helpful, the cleaning staff was a bit rude. We were late for checkout by 15-20 mins which we had notified the front desk but the staff was quite blunt in asking us to leave the room so it can be cleaned. Not taking away anything from the overall hotel but this is the only thing that stood out.

Było w porządku
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko i można było chodzić na piechotę, nie korzystając z komunikacji, dużo sklepów, restauracji wokół

Cons:

Do hotelu dochodziło się wchodząc w boczną uliczkę, która wieczorem było dosyć mocno nieprzyjemna i w której kręciły się dziwne osoby, co nie było za komfortowe i trochę wzbudzało niepokój.
Dodatkowo sala, gdzie były serwowane śniadania była za mała w stosunku do liczby gości i czasami trzeba było stać w kolejce i czekać na stolik, co było sporym utrudnieniem bo nigdy nie wiadomo było czy człowiek wstrzeli się akurat w moment, kiedy będzie mógł spokojnie zjeść. Produkty średniej jakości, bez szału.

Spændende storby med masser af seværdigheder/kultur og høflig befolkning
Pros:

Der var meget at vælge i mellem til morgenmad. Flere af produkterne var dog ikke lige det, vi forstår ved morgenmad.
Hotellet lå i en gyde, hvilket betød, at vi overhovedet ikke hørte larmen fra gaden.

God aircondition.

Cons:

Grundet hotellets beliggenhed var der lettere mørkt på værelset, og udsigten var ikke særlig inspirerende.

Pros:

Hotel is great location. Check in not available until 3pm but was able to leave bags at the courtesy room. Room was clean. Typical city break style room. Bathroom had shower.

Walking distance to Christmas markets.

Would stay in the property again due to location & cleanliness.
