Очень приятный и гостеприимный отель!
Pros:

Отличное место, тихое и уютное. Номер был чистым, а персонал отеля очень приятным и гостеприимным. Расположение тоже отличное, прямо рядом с музеем и метро, ​​а также всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от главных достопримечательностей Праги. В целом, атмосфера была замечательной.

Cons:

Завтрак в основном был хорошим, хотя несколько раз он казался немного пресным (вишневый сок был великолепен!). Единственный недостаток номера: душевая лейка постоянно поворачивалась к стене, поэтому каждый раз, когда мы принимали душ, нам приходилось придерживать ее, чтобы вода попала на нас (номер 203).

Hotel molto datato con segni di trascuratezza avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, in bagno non c'era la doccia ma la vasca poco agibile in quanto molto alta e pericolosa non tutti siamo giovani e agili si poteva scivolare facilmente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The rooms were large, beautiful, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and a metro station nearby, which made getting around the city very convenient.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, different types of bread and toppings, and delicious traditional Czech sweets. My personal favorite was the freshly brewed coffee.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. On our last day, they even arranged a taxi to the airport for us and prepared a breakfast package to take along. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible.

Highly recommended!

Cons:

What I did not like was that some American tourists were very loud in the hallways at around 3 a.m., although this was of course not the hotel’s fault.

Pros:

Výborná poloha v centre mesta a neďaleko aj hlavnej stanice. Dôležité turistické miesta sú tiež blízko. Výhodou bol aj nočný kľud, čo sa nečakalo.

Cons:

Personál na recepcii trochu odmeraný a mali sme pocit že to bolo preto, že sme boli len zo Slovenska a nie z nejakej krajiny zo západnej Európy. Napriek tomu že sme vopred vyplnili rezervačný formulár, na recepcii sa tvárili že nič nemajú, čo zbytočne predĺžilo check-in. Izba vyzerala dosť ošumelá, akoby ju desiatky rokov ani nevymaľovali a ani neobnovili jej interiér. Wifi vzhľadom na nízku úroveň signálu bolo v podstate nepoužiteľné. Na raňajkách bol veľmi skromný výber a skôr to všetko pripadalo ako umelina a nie čerstvé výrobky či nápoje.

Schönes Hotel, könnte aber mehr.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, sogar mit Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels war super, 10 Gehminuten vom Rathaus und 15min zur der Karlsbrücke. Frühstückszeit war bis 10:30h was ich sehr angenehm empfand. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Durch die Lage allerhand Bars, Cafés und Restaurants drum herum, ebenso Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Eine Tiefgarage war sehr nah Fussläufig, diese gehörte aber nicht zum Hotel (Achtung: am besten vorher online reservieren, die ist nicht öffentlich, was uns nicht klar war)

Cons:

Wir hatten einige Startschwierigkeiten in punkto Höflichkeit, das ist man aber von Prag gewöhnt. Frühstück war ok, aber auch nur ok. Der Topper hatte sich leider die Konturen des vorherigen Gastes gemerkt.
