Palast nur im Altbau, sonst eher ein gediegenes Stadthotel
Pros:

Geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Lage perfekt nah in/an der Altstadt.
Ruhig und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Ausstattung der Zimmer dem Preisniveau entsprechend gut. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 17 Euro, muss man wollen. Sonst halt 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplätzen.
Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Nur Duschwanne)

Pros:

Precioso hotel histórico, con una ubicación en pleno centro de aviles con un jardín trasero maravilloso y un desayuno excelente.

Cons:

La zonas del baño podrían mejorase y el personal de recepción no nos explicaron ni el horario de desayuno .

Un hotel perfecto para pasar un fin de semana y conocer Avilés.
Pros:

Se encuentra en la plaza de Avilés en un edificio histórico que era un palacio, decorado con muebles y cuadros muy bonitos.
El personal es muy amable.
Es un buen detalle el agua, café o infusión que tienes en la habitación.
El desayuno buffet muy completo .

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und sehr hübscher Garten. Auch Räumlichkeiten im historischem Gebäudeteil und Ausstellungen, z.B. Bilder von Freddy Mercury waren toll. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig; zwar eher preiswert, aber auch nicht wirklichauf Fünfsterneniveau, zumindest in meinem Zimmer im Neubauteil.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Neubauteil war vergleichbar wie in jedem normalen Businesshotel und keineswegs auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Das Personal war nicht auch nicht auf dem höchstem Niveau und die Kommunikation war sehr ungewöhnlich mit Fristsetzung von 24 Stunden für Kreditkartenbestätigung und Androhung einer Stornierung der Reservierung.

Pros:

Tres belle surprise et belle découverte. Hôtel de charme type paradores, tres grande chambre, hôtel rustique mais très beau, situé sur une place avec un superbe restaurant entre autre juste à côté.. Un parking est disponible sous l'hôtel et vous accédez directement à la réception, très pratique pour 17€ par jour.
Nous avons eu affaire à Miguel le réceptionniste qui parle très bien français et a été de très bons conseils. Pour le choix du restaurant et notre installation.

Cons:

J'aurais pu mettre 10 sur 10 mais je n'ai pas apprécié de trouver sur mon pare-brise un document en espagnol,et en anglais me disant que j'étais mal stationné. Les places sont très petites et effectivement si j'étais garé à cheval sur 2 places, c'est que le véhicule d'à côté empiétait lui-même sur ma place.
