Muy confortable estadía!
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, el desayuno muy completo y con buenos productos. La ubicación es excelente. Los sectores originales de la edificación están muy bien mantenidos y adaptados.

Cons:

El personal no es del todo amigable, falta un poco de amabilidad y profesionalismo.

A Luxury Experience in the Heart of Avilés
Pros:

The palace housing the hotel is enchanting, as is the garden. The breakfast is exceptional. The location in the main square of Avilés (which, by the way, is definitely worth a visit) is perfect. We had a garden-facing room, and it was truly quiet at night.

Cons:

Just one small note: there is no toilet brush in either the rooms or the hotel's public restrooms. It would be appropriate to provide the bathrooms with this essential accessory.
