Had a small issue with internet last stay so this time to say sorry I was given the most fantastic upgrade to their one bedroom suite. It was a stunning room and made that room service taste even better. The club lounge and it's team of staff were brilliant, as always.They could not have done more to make my stay any easier or comfortable! 10/10 all around.

Disappointing. Have stayed previously and loved it but this stay was disappointing.

Bed was comfortable. Shower nice. Location nice. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Internet issues meant I could not connect my phone to the tv. Could not use the free wifi in general. The remote on the bedside table did not work so I had to sleep with the blinds and curtains both open letting the light in. When I arrived, there was no record of my booking made through booking.com, not the staffs fault but didn’t make got a good start. During the check in process I was asked about if I needed a late checkout, and I accepted the offer of a late 1pm checkout. However, I then had staff come into my room at 1105 telling me checkout time was 11, so unsure what went wrong there.
