Pros:

Great location, really nice staff, and restaurants were nearby

Cons:

The facility was being remodeled which really wasn't a problem.

Pros:

De badkamer van de gerenoveerde kamer was netjes en hygiënisch. Kamer niet zo groot, maar comfortabele bedden
Ontbijt was uitstekend. Veel keuze en lekker

Cons:

Hotel werd gerenoveerd. Wij hoorden dit pas nadat we geboekt hadden. Gerenoveerde kamer bevond zich in gang waar gerenoveerd werd. Werklui waren bezig. Raam kamer was aan buitenzijde dichtgeplakt met plastic omdat men de buitenzijde aan het schilderen was. De wastafelkraan in de badkamer maakte heeel veeel lawaai. Het hotel is zeer gehorig. Je hoort alles van de "buren".
Prijs/kwaliteit van dit hotel is ver te zoeken. Een prijsreductie was op zijn plaats geweest in dit geval.

Saddened by our ethnical disrespect
Pros:

The bananas were great for breakfast.

Cons:

However, the spray painting on the roof outside in the breeze was horrible. Nobody notified us this was happening. I would expect a lawsuit in your future.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was spacious too. The water pressure was exceptional.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I don't like eating breakfast with paper plates and plastic cutlery. I prefer real dishes and cutlery.

Pros:

Very comfortable Beds, quite and nice breakfast. Staff were pleasant .
Upon checking out we were told that our damage deposit would be refunded
in 3 days and it will show on our visa. It has been over 9 days now and still not there.
Don't know how to get a hold of them.

Except the price the rest of facilities were very good
Pros:

It was very good and they had a bag said grab and go. Hotel had a goody bag for everyone to grab what they want to eat during the day and it was very generous and creative give away.

Cons:

I expected the price be less but because we had a wedding invitation was in weekend we came during the days which was expensive and during the week the price was half of what we paid.

Pleasant & relaxing
Pros:

The location was great and the layout overall was easy to navigate

Cons:

Paper plates and plastic cutlery changed the luxurious vibe. Plates, maybe ok but plastic cutlery is awful & diminished the end of our stay. Warmed plates would help with the not so hot breakfast ( although quite good)

Pros:

Very clean room, friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent, Luda and Tanya were very kind, friendly I was watching them how much they were taking care of the guests during breakfast. Was very organized and clean in the dining room and kitchen. If I decide to come back to Vernon definitely will stay in this hotel! :) Thank you for your hard work!

Would stay there again, very comfortable and polite staff
Pros:

The staff is very kind and considerate checking in and checking out other staff with the cleaning were great making sure that our room was clean before we got there

Cons:

The only downside that we found was that there was no way to hang up your hand hand towel towels she were done with them in the washing room, but this must be also because they are renovating the rooms, they may have forgotten to put one in

The stay was ok but would not be our first choice the way it looks right now.
Pros:

The free breakfast

Cons:

The parking lot was cluttered with construction debris. New bathroom fixtures sitting in flower beds out in the elements. Green spaces around the building had so much trash and broken items, it took away from the enjoyment. The outside patio was dirty and blocked by construction materials
