Nice and cosy
Pros:

Great hotel, clean and good aircondition. Friendly staff and very cosy room with a fantastic view!

Cons:

no elevator.... but the staff carried by bag upstairs!

Good attitude from the receptionist.

Cons:

Location is ok. Good to get the vaporetto but far from everything else.
The cleaning lady had a bad attitude. Not nice and not worried about the guests.

Super Lage, nicht so touristisch überladen, kleines älteres Hotel aber man hat alles was man braucht, alle im Hotel sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Empfehlenswert!!!

Cons:

Die Aircondition war nicht sehr stark,ich glaube wegen der extremen Hitze aber es gab einen grossen Ventilator und es hat sehr geholfen.

Das Frühstück fand ich ausgezeichnet. Es war alles vorhanden was an für ein sehr gutes Frühstück braucht. Die Lage für den Besuch der Biennale ist perfekt.

Φανταστικό ξενοδοχείο, άριστη σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής, πολυ καλη τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο, το μπάνιο ανακαινισμενο , καλο πρωινό, μπορείς να πάρεις το πρωινό σου έξω με θέα στη λιμνοθάλασσα παρατηρώντας την αληθινή ζωή της Βενετίας.

La ubicación, el personal y el desayuno estuvo bien , según lo esperado .

Cons:

No nos gustó en absoluto la habitación, planta baja cuyas ventanas daban para una zona de paso con lo cual nos obligó a estar toda la estancia con las cortinas echadas , una pena y nada que ver con las fotos de la habitaciones mostradas en su publicidad, paredes oscuras, mobiliario y decoración anticuada.... , en este sentido nos decepcionó bastante.

+ sehr freundliches Personal
+Zimmer gross, mit Blick auf Lagune und Lido -> deluxe Ziimmer, andere Blick nach hinten raus
+ schnelles WLAN
+ starke Klimaanlage
+ Fenster schliessen fast schalldicht

Restaurant direkt vor dem Fenster ... könnte lauter werden, war aber ok.
Piepsen ca jede Minute von draußen (evt. Alarmanlage)
Gegen 5:00 ab und zu Lärm von Transportschiffen
Lage okaish: Nahe an Biennale, aber relativ(!) weit zum Markus Platz und Rialto
Frühstück okaish: wenig Abwechslung, wie so oft schrecklicher O-Saft
Preis verdammt hoch
Zimmer Wirrwarr: Angeblich stimmen die Bilder bei Booking.com nicht; hatte erst ein deutlich schlchteres Zimmer, dass zu dem Preis unverschämt teuer gewesen wäre. Es bleibt der Verdacht, dass das Hotel es probieren wollte, mir ein schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht zu geben.

Gute Lage zum erkunden von Venedig, besonders zur Berlinale

Die Lage war sehr gut , direkt in der Nähe der Vaporetto Haltestelle Zacharia… 5 Minuten Fußweg. Gutes Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit , gutes Frühstück

Everything! I am in love with this little hotel. It’s better than a lot of 4 stars in San Marco / Cannaregio. The location is what I love the most and also the style and cleanliness. Staff is very nice
