Pros:

Check-in e check-out veloci ed efficienti, ma la chicca è stata il ristorante. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la cena, era superba, e lo staff della sala è stato di una velocità impressionante, come piace a me.
Complimenti a sala e cucina!

Cons:

Un po’ polverosa la stanza, tipo i comodini e la porta della doccia faceva fatica a scorrere , forse da sistemare.

Pros:

Хороший , уютный отель. Рядом с метро. До центра ехать на метро 15 минут. Все очень просто. Просто дошел до метро и сразу поехал. Электрички ходят часто. До моря ехать 40 - 45 минут с одной пересадкой.
Персонал отличный. Ребята стараются. Комната убираются регулярно и качественно.

Cons:

В душе была сломана лейка.

It was great that they have premium tv cable, so you get all paid channels

A pleasant stay in a covenient location
Pros:

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, and there are two excellent shopping centers nearby that are easily accessible by taxi. The breakfast is also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and excellent service.

Cons:

I would suggest improving the pillows, as they are little too firm. It would be nice to offer guests a choice of one firm pillow and one softer pillow.
