Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Wonderful staff and great good.

I liked everything !! The staff were so welcoming. Brilliant location. Food is great - plenty to choose from. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Me gustó todo,la única objeción es la poca o nada música Española que se escuchaba en el salon de espectáculos,casi todo en inglés.Estamos en España,y no me digan que la música ESPAÑOLA no es alegre y de calidad,o me equivoco?.

Pros:

La ubicacion y la animación del hotel para los pequeños y mayores, hotel muy familiar, la atención del personal muy buena

Cons:

El buffet le falta un poco más de horario por la noche, se está de vacaciones y no se tiene prisa, el menú limitado pero bien, lo demás excepcional

Primera semana de agosto en Benidorm
Pros:

Muy limpia y moderna la habitación. La ubicación muy cercana al centro sin estar encima de todo el mogollon.

Cons:

Que el horario de fin de desayuno y cena fuera hasta las 10 que es muy temprano para España y en vacaciones

Unas vacaciones de ensueño…
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo destacar la cercanía de Paquita y Yolanda. Muy cercanas y cariñosas.

La ubicación es de 10 y las instalaciones perfectas.

Cons:

La temperatura del hotel y del comedor. Demasiado choque térmico al llegar sudando del exterior. Mucha gente acatarrada en el comedor.

La piscina es pequeñísima y no es nada merecedora para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No recomendable teniendo la playa cerquita.
