Location, beds were good, breakfast was good

Cons:

Our friends prepaid for their room and called to say they were coming but only for the second night. The hotel gave away their room and ruined their time at the wedding- they ended up driving home. It was really bad firm.

Pros:

It was a terrific breakfast with tasty food! I am a coffee lover and appreciate this fresh coffee!

Exceptional Experience
Pros:

Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn East Aurora, and had an exceptional experience. Renée at the front desk was wonderful to work with even though I had scheduling challenges. John, who expertly handled breakfast, was quick to complement his GM and team for working so well together. This is an exceptional property where every detail is correct. The staff is always pleasant and happy to help. Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when I’m in town.
