Great place to stay!
Pros:

Swarm and welcoming accommodation. Great location close to Tower Bridge and London Tower. Easy walking distance to Hop on Hop off buses. The Chamberlain is a London pub which adds to its appeal. Breakfast was fantastic and pub meals were of a high standard.

Pros:

Pga de nya ETA-reglerna och väldigt lång handläggningstid kom vi aldrig iväg till England. Vi kontaktade hotellet via e-post dagen då vi skulle checkat in och fick svar samt pratade över telefon dagen efter. När vi senare undersöker möjligheten till ersättning hävdar hotellet att de aldrig haft kontakt med oss, trots att jag bifogar bevis. Skandal!

"Furthermore, the hotel stated that they were not informed of any issues during the stay and only contacted us after the guest did not arrive on the first night of the booking."

Nice and clean room, complimentary water, coffee, tea and bisquits ever day in the room, amazing breakfast (buffet and a la carte) included, friendly staff.

Superleuk hotel, toplocatie, schoon en goede bedden
Pros:

De kamers heel schoon en heerlijke bedden. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen en uitstekend. Er was wel een verschil in kok, doordeweeks was het ontbijt fantastisch, de weekenden matig.

Cons:

Behalve het ontbijt in het weekend, eigenlijk niks.

Will return!!
Pros:

Location was perfect, it was clean and spacious! And the breakfast was great. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

Slightly warm room but they provided us with a fan immediately
