The room was not clean. The tables and chairs are broken. Worst part is that the pillows (pillowcases) and blankets are not washed bcoz it smells bad, it smells like someone has slept and sweaty and transferred all the stinky smell in the pillow and blankets. The faucets are not working properly, and even the toilet bowl flush or toilet drainage is not functioning in the 1st room we stayed. But we were transferd in the diff. Room but there is still problems and faucet is not working. It’s not worth the money the guest is paying. I was not able to take pictures of it bcoz I was very tired from travel and too exhausted bcoz I was not able to get a comfortable sleep. I dont like the cockroach and the dog crying all the time from the parking lot on the other side.

ALOT of cockroaches in the rooms, walking on the bed at night waking you up. Every RedDoorz is supposed to have a stable wifi connection, but here the connection in the room was not usable, which impacted my ability to work alot. After 7 times complaining about the wifi connection we asked them for a refund for the last 2 nights, so we could book somewhere else. They told us that they would refund us trough booking.com, but after a week we found out they were lying and should have refunded us themselfs. We feel like they have stolen money from us that way, and only told us about refund through booking so that we would leave. We feel SCAMMED.
The staff are very helpful especially ate Joan and the other boyish lady they're just the best,their willingness to help is exceptional and also the owner of neighbour house of the hotel, who cooked food for me and my child and help us for transportation before the heavy flood. I'm thankful for them. Thank you so much, I hope they can read it.
The facilities are terrible,the ceiling needs to be repaired , full of visible plasters , the water on the lavatory doesn't flush, the water heater doesn't work. The bedsheets and pillow cases are broken and needed to be changed. The AC was so noisy, and either I need to switch it off or in the fan because when it works it's cold or just let it be.

I just want to have a personal ref. Just for the drinks to be cold when buying outside. And add elec. Kettle too for hot coffee in the morning.

Only stairs, the water in the shower comes out in drops and doesn't get hot and the bed is very soft. Furthermore, the place does not accept cards, not even for reservations via booking.
