Pros:

Seaside location. Good for overnight stay pending transfer to Chetumal and Cancun. Arrived very early but allowed to drop luggage.

Nothing fancy but adequate and right on the water.

It has a wonderful view from the roof with two hammocks for relaxing

Cons:

First off the room wasn't what we expected. The Fact that the Refrigerator Iron extra was place out side of the rooms on each floor for evert one to us was so unprofessional. Anyone could an have access to your personal stuff. They give you one price on Bookings and when you get there its a definite price..The rooms are way smaller that it looks in the picture.

Pros:

Well it was close
To the water taxi

Cons:

We had someone try to Break into our room 4
Times through the night. There was also construction ruin till after midnight.

When we went to check out we were told
That’s just “ Joe” he likes
To make noise at night !!🙄🤔😳😳

Very noisy
Pros:

It was a nice hotel centeraly located with a roof top terrace.

Cons:

A large group of people arrived around midnight and decided to make a lot of noise outside our room, making sleeping impossible. This went on until 5 or 6 in the morning.
Hotel policy is to keep quiet after a certain time, so the hotel staff should have told the culprits to keep quiet or go onto the roof deck.
We had a terrible night.

It was okay if your just passing through as we were. I would not plan a vacation around it.
Pros:

Location was great. Loved the rooftop terrace.

It’s quite run down and needs an investor to put some money into the property.
