Las habitaciones bien el desayuno regular me parece caro para los servicios que ofrece

por ejemplo hay dos tazas de cafe en la habitacion pero solo un servicio de cafe y uno de te
el desayuno completo pero la barra fria no se veía tan fresca.

Todo va bien, es un excelente hospedaje.

Cons:

Que el hotel si indica que es pet friendly, pero no menciona costos ya hasta que estás pagando, hizo que se desequilibrada un poco el presupuesto, pero todo bien.

Fue muy grato conocer este hotel
Pros:

Al llegar nos recibio Andy de concierge al que le comunique que viajaba con una persona autista y el tuvo mucha paciencia con mi hijo y lo transportó en la góndola, mi hijo estaba feliz y tranquilo por qué era justo lo que quería.

Al hacer el check out también nos apoyo.

Con una gran sonrisa y una excelente actitud.

Al igual que todo el personal.

Cons:

No había un teléfono en la piscina y yo quería pedir room service.

Eso podría mejorar
