Fantastic customer service and clean spacious rooms with excellent amenities.
Pros:

Exceptional service and excellent facilities. Modern and clean with 5 star restaurant called Char grill. Great location- close to the train station and Terracotta warriors museum. Next to a large mall with a great food court. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be back!

Лучший отель за разумные деньги
Pros:

Шикарный отель, отличный сервис, хороший алкоголь в клубном лаундже.
Большой бассейн.
Отличный тренажерный зал.
Обменник прям на ресепшене с хорошим курсом.

Cons:

На завтраках много блюд из свинины. Хотелось бы видеть больше блюд с курицей, индейкой или морепродуктами.

Leuk hotel, maar geen leuke ervaring

Cons:

Personeel was afstandelijk en was kortaf als we vragen stelden. Ontbijt was vooral zoet en weinig vega opties

Luxurious feel
Pros:

The hotel had a lovely luxurious feel. The finishes are to a very high standard and the customer service was outstanding. For breakfast there was everything you could possibly want, both chinese and western, and our room was extremly spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The location is out of the centre, but right next to a subway/metro station, so it is easy to get in to central Xi'an. It's also a short taxi ride to Xi'an North railway station, which suited us better.
