Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre et de la gare Termini. Les collaborateurs sont sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner parfait, très varié et des produits frais. La chambre était grande et propre.

Cons:

Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte durant la nuit car il y a trop de bruit dans la rue. Alors nous avons voulu allumer la climatisation pour la nuit afin qu'il ne fasse pas trop chaud mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. C'était pas vraiment agréable de ce point de vue là.

It was close to everything.

Cons:

Had a hard time working air conditioner until we had one of the staff members to help us with it. Another thing was tin was very slippery to get in to take a shower.

Bon Emplacement et personnel sympa et serviable

Cons:

Très cher pour ce que c’est, les chambres sont ok mais à plus de 300 euros la nuit on s’attend à clairement mieux. Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles

L'hôtel a clairement été le point désagréable de notre séjour

La situation géographique.

Cons:

Le manque d'implication du personnel technique pour la bonne prise en charge des réparations dans notre suite, tout le long du séjour !!! Et le manque d'implication du service client de booking également !!!

Lo mejor del Hotel es el servicio de desayuno. Cantidad y calidad y una organización perfecta.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son chicas y poco prácticas. La bañeras no tienen barras para prevenir caídas.

Solo el personal y los desayunos.

Cons:

Estaba pasado a cigarro, ademas cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba toda cochina la pieza, las irregularidades de los escalones es terrible, cargar escalones con maletas es lo peor, el ascensor muy antiguo y muy chica, los baños muy chicos.

We were upgraded to an amazing room for our one night and truly enjoyed the experience. Amazing location (right in the heart of Rome). Amazing staff and very helpful in so many ways.
