The staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast was good, had variety and good coffee. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot.
The room could use a deep clean from a professional. There was hair on the sheets and inside the pillowcase. There was what appeared to be animal droppings near the window on the floor where the vacuum might not be able to reach and dried uncleaned spills down the bedside tables.
Breakfast buffet was great! The beds were comfortable, showers were hot and clean.
The location for distance to crew stadium.
Rooms were musty and damp. Mold on side of bedside table. Trash throughout hallways. Only had square pillows to sleep on, not regular size pillows.
The room was comfortable and it was nice that a full breakfast was available. It is very close to the venue we needed to be at over the weekend.
Where to start......the hard floor in the room was sticky, the toilet had a piece broken out of it, Saturday morning the breakfast was not hot even though it was fried eggs and sausage patties. There were light switches in our room that didn't work or the bulbs were burned out. The individual who checked us in gave us a room that was still being cleaned so he had to put us in a different room.
I was not impressed with the room given the amount I paid.
I was charged $591 for our stay and there was absolutely nothing about the hotel or the room that made it worth that much money. Based on all the other hotels I've stayed in in the last 8 months I wouldn't rate this hotel at more than $120 a night. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Columbus.
My room was infested with bed bugs. Also had a weird smell like they tried to get rid of them. I talked to the front desk guy, he told me that i was tripping basically
Breakfast was fine. No complain there.
On our second night when we got back, we got intense smell of weed in our room especially in the bathroom. It was clear someone who came to clean may have smoked something.
I don’t want any harm to the person. This mistakes may happen. But it can cause damage to reputation. So I would just caution the hotel management. I did mention the incident to front desk.
The price was decent especially for a holiday weekend.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay, and when I called down to the front desk, they didn’t seem very concerned about the issue. It was frustrating because I felt like they didn’t really seem interested in helping or addressing the problem. I understand that things happen, but a little more concern and better customer service would have made a difference.
Had the space that we needed
Water on the floors at all times that were a slip hazard. Tub dripped constantly. Did not smell clean. No fan in bathroom. Way to much money for what it was

The staff wasn’t very talkative.. I had to call and ask what the wifi was and it didn’t even connect to my phone.. there was also gnats in our room.

The room was disgusting. Smelled og urine and mold. Everything was covered in dust and filthy. Stains on the bed. Hallways smelled like urine and weed. The "pillows" were tiny little squares, less than a couch pillow. It was a horrible experience. I felt like I needed to decontaminate after we left. I was completely ripped off for how much we spent to stay there.

Coffee in the flasks was tepid in the morning and there was no kitchen staff to report it to.
