From the first moment we walked it was not the expectation we had. Disappointing.
Pros:

The only positive part about the whole stay was the appearance and comfort of the main room where the bed was located. It was very modern and the bed was comfortable and it appeared clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean at all. It looked like it needed to be painted badly and the corners of the room were very dirty. The tub was gross! And the shower was the worse we had ever used! No water pressure and the faucet wasn’t even attached to the wall. It was loose. The tub was stained badly. From the moment we walked into the building it was not clean. The outside entrance was dirty and not swept and walkway uneven with tripping hazards. The inside foyer was shockingly dirty with filthy carpet mats that hadn’t been vaccumed for a long time. The stairs leading to the 2 floor were the same. I’ve never been in a hotel with such dirty floors.

Ok place to stay for 1 night.
Pros:

Was easy enough to find the hotel. Bed was comfortable enough as well.

Cons:

No elevator, so if you have a bigger bag or many items to move its a hassle. Pool wasn't great, so we didn't use it.

Nice hotel in Sydney
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

The parking was full when we returned late at night. We barely found a parking spot to park our car.
It is a bit extensive for the rank of this hotel.

Uneasy concerns of intake of unhealthy air!
Pros:

Not much the facility was run down An old motel needing uplift

Cons:

No exhaust in bathroom,apparent mould in corners of walls non professional paint job in bathroom messy unfinished.

Easy to find hotel and quiet and clean rooms.
Pros:

Hotel did not have an elevator but we were accomodated with a room on lobby level that did not meet using steps. Appreciatged this as it was not done at outher places wher we stayed.

Cons:

No included breakfast. Restaurant on property is indepently owned. We did eat dinner there asd service was good, Also parking was pretty crowed.
