Hotel selbst in Ordnung, aber Umgang mit Kunden unterdurchschnittlich
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Man kann viele Orte zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Im Hotel und auch in seiner Umgebung haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Executive-Zimmer gebucht und nur ein normales Zimmer erhalten. Eine Beschwerde vor Ort wurde damit abgewimmelt, dass alle Zimmer gleich teuer wären. Sehr enttäuschend.

Best most efficient staff ever.
Pros:

Breakfast was great-well prepared. Not a huge choice but food was excellent.

What you see and what you get is world's apart

The staff are nice and helpful

Cons:

I dont know how these guys are getting away with posting pictures that are worlds apart from actual reality. The building is made to look upmarket online which is why I booked it, when we turned up it felt like an 80's hotel with tacky blue lights and unappeasing interiors. The sauna looks nice and fancy but is actually in a dump of a floor in the basement which looks super dingy and is unvisited. The gym is not as it seems either.

The only saving grace of this hotel is the staff- they're helpful. And the location is great too since it's within walking distance to the buzzing areas.

Outstanding staff and location
Pros:

First, I loved the staff at the front desk. Very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast. Each morning. My room was clean and spacious. The ultimate best thing was the proximity of this hotel to everything there is to do in Athens. The ease of jumping on public transportation was outstanding. It was very easy to get from the port to the hotel. It was easy to get from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for an incredibly enjoyable vacation. Although I did not find the time to use it. I appreciated the weight room in the basement.

Άφιξη μετά τα μεσάνυχτα . Η διαδικασία του check in θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο απλή λόγω του προχωρημένου της ώρας και να συμπληρωθούν τα απαραίτητα εφόσον αυτή είναι η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου το επόμενο πρωί και όχι στις 03.00

Muito bom!
Pros:

Ótima localização (apenas 2min caminhando até a estação de metrô). É possível ir ao centro das lojas também a pé. Restaurante no local. Funcionários bem atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom!
