Der Preis war ok und das Restaurant daneben war extrem gut! 🤩
Keine Klimaanlage und komische Leute herum.
Das erste Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken. Das zweite Zimmer hat die Bettwäsche gerochen, das Badezimmer war mangelhaft.
Das ganze Hotel hat nach Cannabis gerochen

Versteckte und es wurde in der Homepage geschrieben es wäre vom Zentrum 500 m aber vom Bahnhof ist es über 20 Minuten zum Laufen
I am disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The staff were not welcoming or helpful, which made me feel uncomfortable from the beginning.
In addition, I had no remote control for the air conditioner for two nights. Because of the heat, I was unable to sleep properly, and this significantly affected my comfort during my stay.
Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. I am not satisfied with my choice of this hotel and, regrettably, I will not be staying here again in the future.

Man at service desk is very friendly. Due to technical issue with the elevator, I got a double room just to have it on first floor. That was kind.
Even though it should be non smoking, the room and the bed sheets smelled like cigarettes. Bad experience. The shower did not work properly. I left the hotel one day earlier.
Das erste Zimmer war sehr warm und der Fernseher fehlte auch.
Das zweite Zimmer war dann sehr viel besser. Mit Klimagerät , Kühlschrank und Fernseher.
I made a booking in the evening I intended to stay through the website, and once confirmed I called about my late check-in. There was no one at the desk to answer so I was left out in the cold to journey back home, which was expensive and annoying.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr bemüht meine Fragen zu beantworten und waren sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist nciht first klass aber für den Preis sehr sehr gut. Die Lage ist mitten in der Stadt in einer sehr lebendigen freundlichen Straße und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt und dass, obwohl ich nicht darum gebeten hatte. Alles super für den Preis.
Klimaanlage hätte besser sein können aber bei dem Hotelpreis wars ok.

Obwohl ich schon das Zimmer und die Kurtaxe im voraus per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte, mußte ich die Kurtaxe in Höhe von € 20,00 noch einmalbezahlen
Die Nähe zu den Rhein-Main-Hallen.
Der hohe Preis aufgrund sehr später Buchung.
