Pros:

Bathroom was spotless! Room was small but had everything I needed. Friendly service at front desk. Very comfortable short stay. There is a tiny electronic skylight even in the no window room which I appreciated. I also liked that the pillows weren't too high, so many hotels have them fluffed up so much my neck hurts. Plenty of charging ports.

Cons:

Blankets were quite minimal (one soft blanket with a white cover) so if you like burying yourself in thick blankets this place probably isn't for you. Only shampoo and bar soap provided, no conditioner/lotions/liquid hand&body wash. You might be able to ask the front counter for other toiletries but not sure. Still worth the stay!

Pros:

I were initially given a room on the ground floor and it was ok however into the night we noticed a very foul smell and we couldn't put a finger of where the smell was coming from...when we then conveyed this to reception, they gave us another comfortable room in the upper levels and we were forever grateful that they did this. Couldn't get the manager's name but whoever he was, he really helped us tremendously.

Fantastic...will always stay here
Pros:

We stay here when ever we travel up to Perth as it is a great hotel with great staff and close to all the restaurants etc, great location. Rooms are always clean, facilities are great. Just a great place to stay and a central location
