The hotel's positive points are, without a doubt, the staff. At the front desk, I would like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of Nona; and at breakfast, Renata and Maria were always attentive to our requests and served us with great kindness.
the smell of the room. It is undoubtedly essential that the hotel pays close attention to this and replaces the carpet. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. We also suggest adding hooks for bags, among other items. Finally, regarding the location: the hotel is relatively far from the center, and this interferes with the experience you will have in London, especially if you are not familiar with the city. The Elizabeth Line helps a lot because it is fast, clean, and climate-controlled. But it doesn't run late, which makes it difficult to plan evening activities in the city.
Right next to my conferecen venue (Excel London, 4 minutes by walk). Friendly staff, clean room and toilet. Nothing to complain about.

I don’t think the carpeted floor was vacuumed before our stay. The bathroom was clean . Beds clean. Carpet had lots of bits of fluff and tissue and other bits on it.
The location was ideal, with the O2 just a short cable car ride away
