This is our go to hotel for trips in to Glasgow now.
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. All our requests were met. Accessible bathrooms/showers with handrails etc. for my mother and mother in law. They handled all my room requests so that everyone in my party would be comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too.
