the location
the restaurant was closed
Amazing pool, patio with lovely shaded table and chairs, comfortable beds
Location pretty central, with some long-term construction hampering traffic west of the hotel. Restaurant is handy, but menu slightly outdated, and it never changes. Food is well-made
Bathroom needs deep renovation, new bathtub, etc.
Comfortable
Kinda retro, looked very early modern Palm Springs vibe
Traffic outside was loud
I love the location, close to Downtown and the
Botanical Gardens and the neighborhood has access to restaurants and shopping.
Plus , the neighborhood is quiet.
Nothing .
Very quiet and I loved the location.
big room, there are two sinks in the bathroom
bottom of bed is metal, make a noise when you touch it but it is impossible not to touch the bottom part when you get to the bed, no ceiling light, no drinking hot water access, microwave, no coffee in the lobby
While on the budget end compared to most hotels in Santa Barbara, I found this inn to still be a great option for the price. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, I was in the king room and had 2 desks with quality chairs to work at which was great, the bathroom was very spacious, and there were lots of lamps, a good size TV, and a wardrobe for storing clothes. Shower pressure was good and the hot water was fast. At first I was concerned that this might be similar to a dingy motel, but it was far from it. Of course it's not the same as staying in a hotel, but for the price, I found it well worthwhile and felt that it was safe and clean with good furniture. Plenty of parking too.
I don't like that there is a shared door with the room next door, but that is common in motels/inns
At the first sign it was great - welcoming and knowledgeable staff, nice room, but because most of rooms entrances were facing parking - it was too noisy at night. And never get the 1st floor room. All night it was absolutely impossible to sleep because of weird noises from above like someone was moving furniture all night.
En general esta bien
Mal olor en la habitación
