I wish room has more noise reduction
Pros:

At the first sign it was great - welcoming and knowledgeable staff, nice room, but because most of rooms entrances were facing parking - it was too noisy at night. And never get the 1st floor room. All night it was absolutely impossible to sleep because of weird noises from above like someone was moving furniture all night.

Some rooms renovated, some rooms not. Stayed in a great room only 4 days before.
Pros:

The beds were nice. The room and bathroom is very clean.

Cons:

We were put in the cheapest room, room 216? 226? I don't recall. It was being renovated. The entry way was clean but ugly. Old white counter, gray tiled floors. The sleeping area was renovated, but the fridge was in an awkward corner. There were no convenient plugs for devices.

Pros:

I was on the third floor. I loved the balcony and view of courtyard.

Cons:

The room is very dark when you open the door. Once we turned on the lights it was fine. It would be nice if unlocking would trigger an entryway light when you walk in.

Curtains were dark and the balcony is covered, so it affects the way light comes in the window.

Ogromny plus za basen. Piękna roślinność na terenie hotelu. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i czyste. Blisko do knajpek. Byliśmy rodziną 2plus 2. Bardzo cicho w nocy,duży plus za to.

Pleasant but
Pros:

Its in a safe location. Bed was clean and large. Staff during check out was polite

Cons:

Hotel didn’t have elevator or I wasn’t informed to use it and I ended up carrying my suitcase of 23kg up the stairs. There was a spider and drain flies in the room

Pros:

We like the location and the restaurant. The rooms are good sized and bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I couldn't get a hot shower - it was luke warm. Big stain in the carpet when you enter - take a carpet cleaner for god's sake! I didn't care for the enclosed patio area. You used to be able to look at a table and view the pool and surroundings - just my opinion.

Santa Barbara hidden hotel with great restaurant
Pros:

The restaurant at the hotel was amazing! Great food and ambiance.

Cons:

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and no bell to ring. We took a walk around the premises and when we returned, we still had to wait for someone to check us in.

I will probably wait for news of improvements to the property before booking again
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. However, the current state of desarray of the room was marginally manageable.

Cons:

Nice People, trying to do their best on a situation out of their control. A little capital investment will go a long way into making this a wonderful property.

Won't stay again
Pros:

The Crocodile Inn restaurant was good. However, I was overcharged 2x!

Cons:

Shabby room. The bathroom shower curtain was disgusting. There is no top sheet on the bed. I've stayed here before & tried to give them a chance again. Won't stay here again.
