Friendly staff, clean and comfortable!! 10 stars
Pros:

Staff were friendly,polite and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and warm. We had a lovely breakfast. Close to the airport and a lovely beach walk also near by. Really enjoyable stay!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με δυνατότητα δωρεάν μεταφοράς από/προς το αεροδρόμιο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, τα δωμάτια αν και μικρά, ήταν πολύ καθαρά! Το πρωινό νόστιμο, ωστόσο θα μπορούσαν να προστεθούν και περισσότερες επιλογές!

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean rooms, close to shops/mall and train station, free transfer from/to airport.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. The staff depending on a day was also not the nicest, especially when a friend came to collect me with a car and reception told him to go away from customer parking as he didn’t know my room number.

You get very little for what you pay: breakfast same everyday, rooms are tiny, pool is in the middle of hotel had zero privacy + shower outside didn’t work at all. When you check out & want to use the swimming pool, there are no facilities to get a shower. No coffee or tea in rooms, even though advertised and when I asked - was told i can’t have a coffee when I want downstairs and pointed at menu (to pay).

The cleaner wasn’t happy when I didn’t want my room cleaned after 2 day stay (was leaving next day) and told me off for leaving don’t enter sign on a door.

I wouldn’t be staying here again, awful experience overall.

Nice hotel but disappointing with regards to no swimming pool facility
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the free shuttle to the airport excellent

Cons:

I booked this hotel because we had spent 10 days travelling to other areas and just wanted our last 3 days
relaxing around the swimming pool. However at no point was I told that the swimming pool would be closed! I spoke to reception to be told it wasn’t open because it needed cleaning, I explained I didnt want to swim particularly but wanted a sunbed and umbrella with the option of a swim if required. I feel I paid for a facility that I couldn’t use! Surely May is their summer months! However they did move 2 sunbeds to an area outside the fenced pool area but the sun didn’t reach us til late afternoon so was pointless!

Cons:

Die Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war nicht so gut. Eigentlich gibt es einen free Shuttle vom Hotel, aber es ging niemand ans Telefon, als wir diesen angerufen haben. Also sind wir ca. 25 Minuten zum Hotel gelaufen.
Das Zimmer, was uns gegeben wurde, war nicht frei. Haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war an der Straße und dadurch relativ laut.
