Expérience extrêmement décevante et inacceptable.

Nous avons réservé 2 réservations (6 chambres + 2 chambres) et l’ensemble des chambres était dans un état indigne d’un hébergement commercial.

Propreté déplorable (saleté, odeurs insupportables), mobilier cassé ou inutilisable (lits et chaises endommagés), serviettes sales, installations électriques dangereuses (prises arrachées) et absence de climatisation malgré une confirmation préalable.

L’état général du logement est très largement en dessous des standards minimums et ne correspond absolument pas à la description de l’annonce.

Séjour vécu dans des conditions difficiles et inacceptables pour tout le groupe.

Cons:

J'ai réservé une place de parking que je n'ai pas eu. Il a fallu que je me gare dans la rue où c'est très compliqué d'en trouver une.
A cause de cet événement on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine.
J'étais prévu dans un logement avec clim et on on m'a déplacé d'emplacement avec des ventilateurs.

Juste pour un dépannage
Pros:

Le personnel a fait ce qu’il pouvait pour faciliter le séjour . Le prix attractif mais sans la qualité.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié l’établissement vieillissant et aux équipements fatigués. Nous avions réservé pour un couple, et avons eu deux lits rapprochés.
Ne pas pouvoir accéder à la chambre avant 16h a été gênant d’autant que ce n’était pas précisé au moment de la réservation. Nous l’avons appris trop tard.. Pas de climatisation mais prêt de ventilateurs sur demande. Pas de service petit déjeuner. Pas de parking.
