it was for a funeral…
Pros:

pool but I didn’t get to use it!The king bed was amazingly comfortable!

Booking.com made the experience distasteful.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

My experience wasn't necessarily impacted by the facility but rather Booking.com itself. I ended up being charged extra $4 while I had already fully paid as per the booking. The fact that the receptionist couldn't explain to me how did that come about made the whole experience distasteful. So that's on Booking.com

Pros:

gute Lage,Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
kleiner Indoorpool.
Continentales Frühstück,aber ausreichend

Cons:

Die Wände sind hellhörig.Bei spätem Check In hört man im Obergeschoss alle Schritte.
Aufgrund des Labourday Wochenendes war das Hotel völlig ausgebucht.Dafür ist der Frühstücksraum nicht ausgelegt.

Awesome
Pros:

The property itself was located in a very nice area, close to restaurants, activities and whatnot, but what I love the most was the staff the desk person was the most friendly kind, and loving person I have met recommended me restaurants to her time to talk to me and answer. Any questions. I have genuinely I would recommend this place again.

Cons:

There was not a lot that I won’t recommend. There was also not a lot that I didn’t like for your value and what you spend definitely would recommend

Very happy about the room and facilities in general. Very unhappy about the breakfast.
Pros:

The room was larger than I expected, Very clean and new looking. No problem at all with parking my car. There is a pool, very small, but it's better then no pool at all.

Cons:

I was looking for a hotel with breakfast included. They offer breakfast, yes, but it very much so-so. Coffee, tea, juice, fruits (which was really good), muffins, waffles, yogurt. This is a very basic set. Apart from this they only had eggs (one morning - scrambled, the next one - boiled). That's it. I would expect a little bit more of hot food options.

Pros:

It was ok experience, There is service elevator only. They locked elevator and you can't use it to go on upper floor . AC was very noisy in the Room couldn't sleep properly. There was haier Tv in the Room and it has two dots in the Tv corner one orange another red dot, may be it was light indicator but that made me suspicious and I coverd that red dot with tape. Breakfast was good but not that good, There was no butter just margarine.

Horrible experience this time and I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

I didn’t make it to the hotel I canceled because I was in the hospital and was still charged for the hotel.

Cons:

Im so disappointed…

I usually stay here when we have our events in leamington at least 2 to 3 times a year … I ended up cancelling cause I was in the hospital and I was still charged the full about for the room.

I’m in this area for work a few times a year. I can’t stay here again though.
Cons:

I rate a room based on the “ick factor”. What gave me the ick? So much in this room. Light switches, curtains, the bathroom sink. If I need to pick up a tissue just to touch light switches, your room rating is going to be very low. If the curtains look like they’ve cleaned up a crime scene, your rating is going to be very low. If the bathroom sink doesn’t drain AT ALL, your rating is ZERO, because that’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The room appears to have gone through a partial renovation, so why not correct all the issues? Also, the room overall was not welcoming at all, when everything is beige it gives a completely depressing feeling to the space but also just adds to the unclean feel of the room. Hint, the sofa and coffee table also need to go. In this day and age, who provides drinking cups in a hotel room that aren’t sanitary sealed?? Also look at the light on the desk, what is going on with that? Ick.
I was in room 124 if you want to check it out for yourself.

This was not our 1st stay, but it will be our last!
Pros:

Breakfast was fair. Limited choices.

Cons:

During pur 4 days 3 nights we never had any housekeeping done. This is just not acceptable. Also I was charged a fee of $6.00 (not sure why) it had to be.paid by cash or debit but in the end it was also charged to my credit card. I could not get an answer as ro why this had happened or a refund for said charge.
