Pros:

Clean, central and very comfortable! We needed to book something last minute after our flight got cancelled and we were lucky enough that they had availability! The beds are super comfortable, there is AC and the bathrooms are well equipped and spotless.

Great place, just kinda rude staff
Pros:

Great place to stay! Breakfast was great, the room was comfortable and facilities were great.

Cons:

The staff were kinda rude on day 1. We arrived around 7am to leave our bags and asked if we could possibly check in any earlier than 3pm and they just kept repeating no. We noticed on multiple days the cleaners were done by 12 at the latest so I just think it was poor service to claim that 3pm is the only option, especially since we arrived so early. The two women on the first day had such bad attitudes towards us and we went back a few times to take things from our luggage/get changed and they also assumed we were staying in the hostel instead of the hotel which was a bit weird. The staff on day 2 were much nicer at least!

Super location in Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Great location in the center of Ponta Delgado. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. 24/7 concierge staff who are super friendly. Clean, nice rooms that were spacious considering we were in the middle of the city.

Pros:

Приятное тихое место. Припарковаться на парковке отеля, правда, не смогли. И нам сразу не объяснили - куда можно поставить машину.
В номере чисто, есть халаты, есть все необходимое для проживания. Персонал приветливый, есть где оставить багаж до и после заезда.

Cons:

Ну очень много людей на завтраке. Не хватает мест за столами, сесть негде

Pros:

La limpieza y que no hubiera mucha humedad dentro de la habitación

Cons:

Personal poco amable y nada acogedores.
Desayuno correcto, pero inaceptable que el embutido y fiambre estuvieran secos, lo cual se veía a simple vista (estaban acartonados)
