Great hotel with great staff
Pros:

The staff is always nice. Place is always clean

Cons:

There is construction going on currently. One of the mornings at 2am, something was being delivered outside. You could hear scraping and loud thumps going on for about 20 minutes or so.

Not a good experience for 2 seniors.
Cons:

We were put in a new room 310 that was unfinished. No desk, no closet or hangers, unfinished walls and a noisy HVAC. Was it worth $160.00 absolutely not.

Older and a little run down. Smelled musty. Waited a long time in the morning for coffee that tasted like water. Breakfast was mid at best.

Excellent location for the airport. Used the free shuttle to get to the airport - very friendly driver. Breakfast was excellent. Check in staff very friendly & efficient.

I will stay again because of staff, cleanliness, beds were comfortable.
Pros:

Property provided exactly as described. Comfortable, clean, roomy, quiet, good price and value. Check in 3pm and check out 12 pm and no one bothers you. Only three floors in the hotel but everything was convenient. Do not provide cleaning services each day. Ask for sheets for sofa bed and towels after first day. Small counter top in bathroom. Great for families!

Cons:

Need more items for breakfast but we were able to find cereal. Milk may have been out too long but it was good. Elevator was slow and walls taped in several places. It looks like they are fixing or renovating it.

Would recommend, would return to again.
Pros:

Very well organized. Great lobby, nice meeting area up front, breakfast spot in the back, snacks available at the front desk, certainly more offerings than I expected to find. A sign said to pardon the construction but I barely knew any was going on. The floorplan of the room was neat, I didn't expect a livingroom and office area with the room. Tom was very helpful.

Overpriced
Pros:

Clean, spacious suite.

Cons:

No microwave. Mattress felt worn out. Rippled wallpaper in bathroom .... Just needed an update.

it served the purpose but just adequate
Pros:

Room was dark and not updated at all, staff was nice and professional. I've stayed here at least 10 times and the place is going down hill but I see you are going to do some renovations.

lighting in room, carpet in room,

One night on the way home from cruise
Pros:

We've stayed here on multiple trips to savannah or on our way to port canerval. Always pleasant and a comfortable stay. Alot of restaurants and stores in the area

Nice hotel but needs to step up quality to match room charges
Pros:

Shuttle service from airport was fast & the driver, Nathan was excellent. Courteous, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel & Savannah.
Hotel is situated beside a nice restaurant, .Sam Snead’s. All the staff were very good

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast quality was poor with little fruit, no infividual yoghurts and only Coffee Mate beside the coffee urn
