Not worth the money !
Pros:

The views from the suite with balcony are lovely. The location is great but I wouldn’t pay to stay here again. The room was spacious but basic. The shower was not effective. The shower screen broke. The taps front fell off. The rooms are so noisy with the air con to the point we couldn’t sleep but needed it on. We didn’t realise we hadn’t booked breakfast and the staff were not very helpful to tell us. Considering what the room costs in comparison to other places we stayed in Italy I would never go back.

Skvela lokalita, primo v centru mesta, vse perfektne dostupne.

Cons:

Snidane byly celkem zklamani - jediny stul pro 4 byl vlastne na chodbe a prekvapive hodne spatna kava.

Ho prenotato tre camere, la mia purtroppo aveva il soffitto molto basso (credo non arrivasse a 200 cm), bagni da rifare (nel 2026 vorrei sapere chi fa ancora la vasca in hotel).

All we were hoping for and more. Friendly staff, and great location. Hotel bar on the patio great.
Pros:

Breakfast was the same every day, but there was a lot of variety to choose from on any given day. Location was great in that it was not a long walk to St Mark’s or the Rialto bridge. Quieter streets that still had a lot of dining options within 150-400 steps of the hotel, but omitting the shopping crowds.

Cons:

The tub is a deep soaker tub which makes entering it for the stand-up shower a bit of a task.
