Perfect
Nothing
rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente fuori dalle logiche. albergo a 4 stelle, nelle stanze i muri scorticati, il termostato per l aria condizionata che non funziona, lo scarico del bagno che non funziona sempre, colazione scarnissima.
Hotel was charming, clean, spacious and over looking the canal. Hubby & I stayed for 2 nights after I fractured my ankle at another accommodation in Venice earlier in the day and had to check-out. This location was a water taxi ride away from the hospital. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt very welcomed. They were very helpful I was using crutches. The receptionist found us a room close to the elevator. They also provided me with an ice bag as for my swollen foot. The concierge gave us a table with minimum walking when we went for breakfast. They had a plastic chair that I could use in the shower but last but not least a complimentary 1 hour stay after check out time.
We were so pleased with the extraordinary service of the staff and would definitely stay again.
Thank you!
Nothing!
The wellness suite is a few streets away in an apartment block the room isn’t adequately named as part of the hotel we arrived at 2am and couldn’t get in so after going back to the hotel the night manager gave us a shockingly poor disabled room
Superb, quiet canal side location within 5-10 minute walk of St Mark's square.
Dozens of restaurants within 100 yards.
Hotel was clean, historic and quaint
Breakfast was not awe inspiring.
No restaurant.
No regular bar hours
Some staff unhelpful and unwelcoming.
Online
Location, presentation and the staff and facilities
The location is amazing mid of everything
The hotel is old the room is very normal not like the picture at all
The ace is very bad we change our room twice because of the Ac is not working and still the same
The staff not all of them is helpful
The location
The bed was too hard
Breakfast was the same limited choice every morning including soggy scrambled eggs.
Nothing
This hotel is just a scam. After paying about 900 euros per night we got a room without ACs working. In the heat of 30 degree Celsius, the room was like an oven. They couldn’t set it right and got us table fans.
The bathroom was too small had a transparent glass window facing another building. The rooms were dirty and the chairs and sofas were not at all clean.
At breakfast, the fruits were finished as they had only that much. Anymore would come the next day. All in all, the worst hotel that we have ever stayed after travelling to 10-15 countries in last 7-10 yrs
Incredibile hotel and exceptional staff!
The hotel is a great location, close enough to everything but tucked away so there is hardly any noise or crowds at its entrance. It has a direct water taxi drop-off, and the reception team speaks great English and they were always very helpful. The rooms were a good size and the breakfast ticked most of the boxes. For me it worked well as I could walk to the primary locations within 5 -10 minutes
There really aren’t any negatives - everything was as described in the room booking. Do not expect palatial 5 star rooms and amenities - it typically aligns to a good 4 star with big rooms, good bathroom (and bath) and everything you need for a few days holiday.
We loved our stay, beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rettifica: cosa non mi è piaciuto: nulla :-))
Scherzi a parte: personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a dare consigli su come muoversi in Venezia.
Stanza pulitissima e fornita di tutta di tutto punto, letto grandissimo e comodo..
Colazione da favola e con veduta unica sul canale. Posizione veramente strategica.
Nulla.
La vista sul canale IMPAGABILE
Forse come Junior Suite un po’ “modesta”
