Breakfast was the same every day, but there was a lot of variety to choose from on any given day. Location was great in that it was not a long walk to St Mark’s or the Rialto bridge. Quieter streets that still had a lot of dining options within 150-400 steps of the hotel, but omitting the shopping crowds.
The tub is a deep soaker tub which makes entering it for the stand-up shower a bit of a task.
Amazing Staff - Daniel is so kind and just the best host
The only bright spot was the friendly barman.
Disappointing stay, lacks cleanliness and service.
We paid for a room with a view but got a dark room facing a side building wall with zero sunlight. Management refused to change our room. The hotel is outdated (looks like it was last touched 20–30 years ago) and not clean—there were hairs on our towels and dirty lampshades. Breakfast was poorly managed; if you don't go early, the food runs out, and the morning staff was rude and argumentative. Definitely not a 4-star standard anymore.
I liked the hotel, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.
I didn’t like the bad and the pillows. They were to hard for my taste. It was difficult to sleep the first night.
It was beautiful and good location.
The beds were a little hard but can’t please everyone, right.
Old charm and location was great and a private doc was a plus.
Great location. Clean, big room.
Bathroom shower from the 70s. Air con old and noisy.
Petits déjeuner très bien, chambre bien.
Emplacement très bien.
Dans la salle de bain pare douche non adapté
Perfect location to move into Venice.
Very clean, nice room and the atmosphere was amazing. Super!!
The location was great. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and spacious.
I think my room looked like the photos at all. It was very plain. The bathroom was really nice but the shower on the side wall was a bit weird. There was not water in the room.
