Great central hotel with a canal view
Pros:

Perfect location, only 10 min walk from San Marco square.
Cozy courtyard.
The rooms are good. We got a room with the canal view, it is worth it.

Cons:

We were told that 9 pm is too late to order a water tax for the night and the hotel refused to help us.

Camera grande e spaziosa, 600m da piazza San Marco

Cons:

Non c’è un ristorante interno e quindi manca la possibilità di pranzare/cenare in hotel. Alla reception il personale è molto cordiale mentre nella sala colazioni la persona incaricata era più attenta a far rispettare l’orario di chiusura (10.30) - e quindi a mandarti via - anziché a far star bene il cliente. Anche la qualità della colazione in sé è di bassissimo livello. Non sono riuscita a mangiare nemmeno le uova dal sapore sgradevole che avevano….

Great location with many attractions a short stroll away. A little bit of effort and it could be a great hotel
Pros:

Great location and nice big room. Refurbished bathroom was nice touch also

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Extremely basic and the "Americano" was essentially an instant coffee served in a jug. Espresso was fine though
