El lugar muy céntrico, con un diseño muy bonito. El edificio antiguo y elegante, sin embargo, las habitaciones con un decoración muy contemporanea. Las vistas de la ciudad desde la terraza, muy bien, deberían aprovecharla para un restaurante o algo así.

Cons:

Por el clima lluvioso y frio, no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina. Deberían tener una opción de estancia que incluya el frigibar surtido (tipo todo incluido).

The property was unique and the location was good.

Cons:

The only cooling in our room was a fan and it was very loud. The Internet barely worked, but we were on vacation so it wasn't a huge deal. I booked the stay because of the pool but it was down for maintenance.

Magic town of Puebla
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel and room. We enjoyed the location and explored the town with ease. The check in and out is easy, with helpful staff (some could help us in English) The bed is spacious and comfortable. If I visit this part of Mexico again I would definitely stay here. We had a short stay so we didn't get to experience the hotel spa, restaurant and rooftop area, but we had a walk around and the facilities looked like it would be a great add on if we stayed longer.
