Pros:

The position and friendly staff members

Cons:

The shower cabin had mold all around the little tub on the floor, with some clor applied, it could go away. The minibar is empty. You receive 2 small bottles of water at your arrival and that’s all.

Goede plek, comfort met lekker maar te duur ontbijt

Fijne en gezellige kamer, prima locatie, goed ontbijt

Cons:

30 euro voor een ontbijt is echt belachelijk veel. Ontbijt was goed, maar zeker geen 30 euro waard. Slechte zaak om daarmee verrast te worden na vertrek van een fijn verblijf.

Ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt !wir kommen wieder :)
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht auf den Ku’damm hat sich gelohnt :)Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Cons:

Ein Paar Sachen wie Teppich und Silikon Fugen und vorallem den Teppichboden könnte man renovieren und erneuern ansonsten entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen

Hier buche ich gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, meines war sehr ruhig. Da auch ein ausreichend großer Schreibtisch vorhanden war, konnte ich dort auch sehr gut arbeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage unweit des Bahnhof Zoos und des Theater des Westens hervorragend.

Praktisch und gut
Pros:

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Sauberkeit: Schimmel in der Dusche, Gestank über die Abwasserleitungen (Toilette und Dusche). Die Fugen und Duschapparate müssten dringend saniert werden, die Leitungen ebenso. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand!

Ich würde nicht wieder buchen.

Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in den Zimmern müsste mal renoviert werden….
In der Dusche war Schimmel und die Toilette roch sehr nach Urin,außerdem sehen die Möbel sehr abgewohnt aus.Ich fand auch das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is a good standard. What really stood out for me was the outstanding service from one of the reception staff. She went over-and-above to check we were fine and our baby was comfortable with the cot provided. This is better service than I have had from most reception staff in 5-star hotels in locations like Dubai and Doha
