Our stay was fantastic
Pros:

It was very clean and close to the shopping mall and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and very professional and polite.

Cons:

Sometimes the lifts were very busy we had to queue and wait.

Westin hotel is a nice place and located at the heart of KL.
Pros:

Pros:

I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the excessive noise from motorcycles and vehicles during the late-night hours.

The noise between approximately 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM has been extremely disturbing and has significantly affected our sleep and overall comfort during our stay. This situation has caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort.

I kindly request that the hotel raise this matter with the relevant city authorities and local enforcement agencies so that appropriate measures can be taken to reduce this disturbance and improve the environment for hotel guests.

Thank you for your attention and assistance. I appreciate your efforts in addressing this issue.

MOLD = Headache during all stay

The shower had a lot of mold so I had headache for the whole stay I even had to leave a day earlier! The breakfast is poor no creamy spinch mushroom sautee nutella blue cheese fine meat cuts etc all night noisy cars from the main street motorbikes waking up at 2am 3am or noisy doors closing you can see the hotel is old and hasnt been renovated or at least cleaned/properly mantained the whole stay was a headache boring pool kids channel never with signal you can imagine

Unfortunately, my stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category.

While the location is excellent and the staff were generally polite, the overall guest experience was negatively affected by several issues. The most significant problem was the excessive noise from traffic, motorcycles, and vehicle exhausts during late-night hours, which made it difficult to sleep and relax. The sound insulation of the room was not sufficient to block the noise coming from the busy streets around Bukit Bintang.

In addition, the room did not provide the level of comfort and quiet environment expected from a five-star hotel. Rest and sleep quality are among the most important aspects of a hotel stay, and unfortunately this was a major disappointment.

Considering the room rate and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much better experience. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves noise insulation and overall guest comfort.

I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
