Ligging en prijsverhouding goed voor kortverblijf.
Pros:

Het eten is in buffetvorm maar focust zich vooral op lokaal eten. De laundry service was heelngoed en snel. Mooie ligging van het zwembad.

Cons:

De badkamer was echt niet zo proper. Toch wel veel schimmels in de voegen. Enkel het personeel achter de receptie kon Engels, maar de anderen totaal niet. Dus je kon in de eetzaal bijna niks vragen. De kleding voorschriften bij het zwembad waren niet echt westers getint.

酒店很新 整栋是白色的，让人觉得很舒服很高贵。酒店停车场大，就箄很晚才回到洒店也不怕没有车位。所有员工都很有礼貌笑容可掬。值得推荐

all good no critical complaints - stay up to the amount you paid

Pool area was still on renovation
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Meals at Tangerine was good.

Cons:

Room was ready only at 4pm and didnt compensate us with late check out.

Just okay, I would not go overboard. Our room was pleasant as we had to pay for a suite
Pros:

Everything was reasonable including room. We had to select this room as at time of booking no other rooms was available, we had to select the palace suite which was more expensive. When we had to pay the actual cost was more higher than expected . I had sent messages to booking.com to no avail so not happy with booking.com!!! Also we would like to shout out to Mohamed Shafiq who was a serving at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, he was excellent. Thank you for your professional outlook and kindness.

Cons:

For breakfast the fruit selection was very poor. The displayed food was not hot, all the lids were kept open and the staff did not close them. the room was not kept clean enough. No sweeping or vaccuming. Our dining room was left dirty. Plates were not replaced with clean plates and cutlery.
