Pros:

It was located close to the city centre, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It isn't the cleanest hotel and is very dark inside.
The price was way to high for the quality that they are offering.

Totally waste of money for the quality of the stay
Pros:

Staff are friendly. Good location to explore the city.

Cons:

Euro350 a night for a tiny and moldy-smell room was really disgusting and appalling. Totally reap-off. Although they changed me to a higher floor, but same size room for next two days, it’s still a reap-off. Nice staff, but totally waste of money for the quality of the stay.

So many customer NO ENOUGH staff, bowl,plate,cup,glass and food.
Breakfast time 7 am to 10:30 am.But food finish already 8:30 am.

Pros:

Concernant l'hôtel : L'emplacement géographique (gare de Nice pas loin ainsi que l' arrêt de bus), y a aussi différents endroits pour manger et très vite, à pied, on arrive dans une zone commercante...
Et le fait qu'ils mettent des douceurs (gâteau et bonbons) à l'entrée près de l'ascenseur ainsi que de quoi s'hydrater...

Cons:

1er jour: j'ai retrouvé une touffe de cheveux près de mon lit ainsi que dans la sdb, y avait une grosse tâche brune sur le rideau (voile blanc) et quelques petites parsemées sur la poignée de la porte qui donne sur l'extérieur...

3 eme jour : l'essuie mis au sale ainsi que le tapis de bain sur le sol n'ont pas été remplacée par la femme de ménage (oubli)
Ce sont des petites choses, mais donc par rapport au rapport qualité-prix, ça fait alors trop cher...
L'hôtel commence à faire vieux (ascenseur, moquette dans le couloir,...) et dand la chambre, y a le papier peint qui commence à se détacher à certains endroits...

Durant le PDJ: pas toujours de la place pour tous (y a une affiche qui mets les heures favorables où y a moins de monde...) mais quand on était seule comme moi, c'est toujours plus facile de s'immiscer dans la table où y a déjà plusieurs personnes....

Les assiettes n'étaient pas toujours desservies à temps sur les tables...
Pour mon dernier jour, il a fallu attendre quelques minutes pour avoir des couverts et assiettes car le type était seul pour laver tout à la main avant qu'un collègue n'arrive à la rescousse...heureusement que la plupart du personnel était disponible et serviable...

Incroyable
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Nice, à deux pas de la gare. L’emplacement est idéal, aussi bien pour découvrir la ville que pour se déplacer facilement sur la Côte d’Azur.

L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Toute l’équipe est professionnelle, souriante, disponible et toujours prête à aider. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. La literie était de grande qualité, ce qui m’a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits.

J’ai également apprécié le calme de l’établissement malgré sa proximité avec la gare. Les équipements sont modernes, le service est irréprochable et l’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et agréable.

C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai séjourné à Nice. Je le recommande à 100 % et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience parfaite !

Fantastic place to stay and wonderful customer service
Pros:

We have stayed at the Happy Culture Villa just around the corner a couple of years ago and stayed at this location and were not disappointed. Convenient location, friendly staff, many options at the included breakfast, and most of all a comfortable and clean room. It was quiet and the air conditioning was welcomed.

We want to give special thanks to this hotel for storing our luggage for three months while we completed the Via Alpina Red hike. It was above and beyond for them to do this, and we appreciated it so much as it made our theu hiking adventure possible. Merci!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel felt cosy but still cosmopolitan and unique. Quite a feat to achieve but they did it. Location was great, got to see more of local Nice not just tourist scene.
