Had a lovely restful stay
Pros:

After a tiring travel day, was great to have friendly person at check-in. Loved proximity to train station. Breakfast was great. Room was lovely

Худший отель и сервис за многие годы путешествий.
Pros:

Постель была чистая, да и номер в целом, не считая душевой кабины. На этом, пожалуй, плюсы закончились.

Cons:

Ну чтож.. обычно не пишу отзывы, но эта богадельня его заслужила. Я повелась на фоточки и хорошую оценку при бронировании, и очень зря. Комната настолько маленькая, что в ней можете жить либо вы, либо чемоданы. Открыть чемодан вообще физически негде. Самое веселье было в том, что у нас был забронирован номер с раздельными кроватями, но они были сдвинуты, что и понятно, между кроватью и стеной полметра пространства. Даже в туалет приходилось пробираться боком. В номере нет питьевой воды, да и на ресепшн ее купить невозможно, нам предложили пить из кулера в лобби, видимо, утром в пижаме я тоже должна идти в лобби.
Лобби отеля всё пошарпаное, краска отваливается от двери лифта, внутри лифт весь грязнющий и еле движется. Ресепшн- отдельная песня. При заселении мы оставили чемоданы на хранение, т.к. номер был не готов, когда мы за ними вернулись- их долго искали по всему лобби в разных шкафах и предлагали нам чемоданы других людей, даже не смотря на бирку. Сложилось ощущение, что на ресепшн работают мимо проходившие люди, которых потревожили, и они с гостями разговаривают сквозь зубы. Когда при выселении в 7 утра мы попросили вызвать такси до аэропорта, на ресепшн была девочка(именно девочка подросток), которая сказала, что ей некогда, а там в углу есть брошюра с номерами трансфера, и мы сами должны позвонить… вы вообще отель, или шутка какая? Когда мы не нашли никакого номера трансфера и уже ультимативно попросили работника отеля выполнить такую базовую услугу, как вызов такси постояльцам, девочка сказала, что вообще тут не работает, а практику проходит. При просьбе позвать того, кто здесь работает, нам таки вызвали трансфер, всё это с лицом, будто мы сожгли её родную хату. Люди изначально заезжают в отель, чтобы иметь такой сервис как еда/вода, вызов такси и возможность открыть чемодан, иначе зачем такой отель нужен? В общем, если вы рождены страдать в этой жизни, смело бронируйте тут комнату-кладовку, вам понравится.

Pros:

Our stay at Hotel So’Co Nice by HappyCulture was amazing. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the whole stay, which made the experience even better. The hotel is very close to the train station, which made visiting other places around the French Riviera so easy and convenient for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall everything was perfect. Would definitely come back again!
