Nice place for a business trip
Pros:

Location is superb. Breakfast - very delicious. Room was pretty large, with big windows and nice view to the sunset. I enjoyed having both - shower and bathroom. An iron is available upon your request. Tea/coffee and drinking filtered water made the stay comfortable. The staff is very welcome. The nearby street is quite busy and loud, but closed window solved this problem. Conditioner was working very quite and didn't disturb.

Cons:

Too tough and high pillows (just my preferences) and necessity to wait for some time for the hot water in a shower.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great central location. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. I always choose Novotel when I travel to countries where they have hotels and I am always very happy with my stay.

Cons:

A little expensive but sometimes it’s worth paying more to get better value.

An excellent hotel!
It is conveniently located, surrounded by a pedestrian street and plenty of cafes and restaurants. My room was clean and quiet, and I had a view of Vilnius. The staff were friendly and accommodated all my requests. The hotel restaurant was open until 10:00 PM and serves a European menu; the food is delicious, and they have an Enomatic wine dispenser along with some wine pairing recommendations. This made my trip much easier, as I arrived late on a Sunday evening when it was no longer possible to book a dinner reservation elsewhere in the city.

Cons:

I can't find anything to improve; the hotel accommodated all my requests. I am satisfied and would recommend it.

Disappointing - I only stayed for 2 of the 4 scheduled nights - relocated to a better hotel.
Cons:

There were alot of little things - Beakfast was totally basis, rooms were plain, towels were worn, no hand sanitizer in the machine, long wait at the reception desk to ask questions etc.

Pros:

Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Pretty good beds. Absolutely no noise in our room which points to the yard.

Cons:

The configuration of the room was rather strange. I mean that the location of the bathroom is unpleasant. Towels were old. We have never used a hotel restaurant so I have nothing to say about it. No coffee machine in the room.
