The hotel is clean and almost has everything we need.
The only thing they dont have is room slippers but that’s fine
Slept well. Mattresses were older but I need some softness for my back. Rooms were clean. Not much traffic noise at night. No extra fees for parking or tourist tax.
The lamp in the room didn't work. Only pot lights for lighting which didn't dim as much as I like. No hot food at breakfast like eggs or bacon. Parking can be limited.

The hotel was really good the breakfast also good and ECE staff very kind
Staff were excellent! FREE continental breakfast was a 10+++! A lot to choose from and you won't be disappointed! In lobby across from elevator by breakfast room they have two microwaves, plates, bowls and utensils to use if needed because there are no microwaves in room. Nice clean mini fridge with lots of room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean as was the lobby and hallways. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower and hand soap and lotion by sink. Average walk to Falls is probably 30 minutes, it took us 45 because we had our three year old grandson with us. Will come back!
Only complaint was that the carpet in our room was dirty and could use a deep cleaning or be replaced but I know sometimes that is the norm in a lot of older hotel/motels and can be a big undertaking and costly but it should be done. (Bring slippers for everyone and keep children off floor and problem solved)
The facility was perfect for us. Easy to find, close to everything, It was nice and quiet. Had to visit senior relative in Niagara Hospital which was in walking distance from hotel. Would stay again. Also price was right.
I like they have a continental breakfast to start the day. I like the location I could walk to the fall and the free parking.
The cleanliness was awful, we had mold in the bathroom sink, stained sheets and room was smelly. When we asked to change rooms, they only gave us air freshener.
