Passable
Pros:

La location est très bien situé. Nous sommes à 10min à pied de la plage et au centre de San Juan, donc pratique pour prendre des lyft ou uber pas cher.

Cons:

Le matelas n'est pas très confortable. Il est mou, on sent les lattes et dès qu'une personne du lit bouge on bouge aussi. Nous avons aussi eu des problèmes d'eaux, nous avions dû nous laver avec des bidons d'eau.

Don’t stay here not worth the money
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Be carful booking here. Room runs on a cistern and there is about 9 room totaling abut 2 people per room . You will run out of bathing water an restroom water if you stay here. Manager told us to use our drinking water they provided for us to flush the toilet . We waited four hours just about after returning from the beach to no water . Contacted the manager made them aware they said it’s a water issue that before we even knew there was a cistern . They told us water was out everyone when it was just them. We left again went to get food came back 7:30 pm there’s still no water in the room. They needed to call water truck. Still the next Morning there was no running water even tho the filled it. Plus the bed sheet was dirty. Shower was dirty

La ubicación y el apartamento es comodo

Cons:

La ducha, sale muy poca agua y los 2 ultimos dias ni una gota salió, tuvimos que bañarnos con agua recogida. El desayuno es igual todo los dias y sin mucha opción

I LIKED THE AMENITIES, I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A SECURED FACILITY.

Cons:

MY HUSBAND LOVED THE BREAKFAST. BUT ME PERSONALLY I WISH THERE WERE SOMETHING OTHER THAN BREAD ITEMS.

Pros:

Todo fue sencillo, la comunicación y la estadía. Hubo un tema de agua pero fue a nivel general y siempre hubo atención y disposición para resolver.

Cons:

El desayuno no era lo que esperaba ya que las opciones eran muy dulces y pre empacadas.

Le lit super confortable et proche de tout! 🥰
Pros:

Le logement est vraiment proche de la plage (10mins) et du centre-ville. Je faisais tout à pied
Après pour sortir un peu plus loin, il y a la possibilité de louer une voiture et se garer devant. Sans oublier l’offre pour le brunch d’en face Mamamiiiia 🔥🔥🔥

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner
Que des snacks et du café filtre.. J’ai eu du jus dans le frigo le premier jour avec des fruits mais c’est tout!

Nuestra peor experiencia de San Juan
Pros:

La habitación estaba en general bien, tenía todas las amenidades, aunque algunas no podían usarse porque no había información por ejemplo wifi y safety box.

Cons:

No hay un humano que te pueda atender. Tienen un QR para llamar a una empresa de conserjería a nivel global que lo único que hace es poner mensajes al hotel porque no te puede resolver nada. Los mensajes que ponen no sirven para nada, porque nadie aparece ni resuelve. Los domingos no contestan el servicio de conserjería. No hay instrucciones en la habitación sobre el wifi, ni sobre uso de la caja de seguridad. Se nos trabó la puerta 2 veces porque tiene un desajuste y nadie respondió. Se nos quedaron unos zapatos en el hotel y a pesar de que informamos el mismo día sobre la situación, y que podíamos recogerlos cuando regresaramos de un crucero a la semana fueron negligentes y no los dejaron. El servicio es perverso, no lo recomiendo a nadie

Clim parfaite !

Cons:

Habitation assez sale des le début et pas de nettoyage pendant le séjour alors qu’on est bien chargé un coût de nettoyage explicite dans la réservation
