This was my favorite area hotel but attention to guest details has greatly changed.
Pros:

The bed is very comfortable and the location of the hotel gives easy access to many places. The gentleman that checked me in was outstanding.

Cons:

My reservation was given to another guest but the gentleman working the desk made sure everything was taken care of. The ac made bizarre noises when left on cool. Filter was dirty but even when they replaced it it still growled. There was mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the hall area. They sent a guy named Brian to fix it but he only did half the job. The carpet was dirty and someone’s floss puck was left under the table. Disgusting .

I like how different businesses were walkable and not far away

Cons:

It has an Oder. Most of the outlet didn’t work in my room. Which explains why the lamps and the clock wasn’t plugged in. Thank goodness I brought my portable charger so I was able to charge my phone. The one outlet that was working any time I would try to plug something it would fall out. One of the lamp didn’t have a light bulb. It stinks. Even the AC unit stinks. I turned on the heater and heard a popping sound followed by a burning smell. The key card had an Oder. When I washed my hands then smell was worse because the soap stinks too. My room was dirty. The office chair had crumbs and long strings of hair on it. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that room so I slept in my car.
