Pros:

Rooms were exactly what we needed for our stay

Cons:

Checked in around 2:30pm was allocated 2 rooms next to each other, rooms 113 & 114. When my daughter entered our allocated room,114, another family was already in that room. When we was at the reception, trying to rectify the issue, another member of the family in the said room told us that when she returned to her room, on the 2nd floor, another family was also in her room. Luckily, she hadn't left her belongings in that room. We were both allocated new rooms. The staff on reception explained to us, that because we booked in at the the same time, there was a default on the system and both our families were allocated the same room. I believe that this was a serious breach of safety and security on the hotels part

A clean, well-located hotel with excellent transport links
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a one-minute walk from the tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was very convenient to have coffee shops and supermarkets directly across the road.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. The selection was quite limited, with very few fresh vegetables and fruit, and there wasn't much variety beyond cereal and basic options.

Au top je conseil sincèrement et j y retournerais si j ai l occasion

Tout était top : matelas très confortable même ma fille dans le canapé lit / douche top toujours du linge propre (on est resté 7 jours ) , petit dej en forme de buffet et les gens à l accueil au top même si j étais pas douée en français - le sourire la gentillesse au top

Cons:

Une seule chose : l emplacement de notre chambre / dans le coin de l immeuble et côté route du coup on entendait le métro et les voiture camion de livraison poubelles etc … mais après avoir harpenter Londres de long en large tous les jours on dormait quand même …

Cons:

Carpet in the room was filthy. Bed was very uncomfortable. One pillow per person and they were hard and lumpy. Bathroom dated and room was of a poor standard.

Pros:

Excellent friendly staff, nice room good facilities. Breakfast was delicious, not a huge selection but what they did have was done very very well which was perfect. Location was great right next to North Acton tube station.

Cons:

Pillows could have been better, you can ask for bigger ones apparently but didn't see that until the morning!
