Charming spot in a charming city
Pros:

Beautiful location overlooking a canal and close to the center of town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the auir conditioning was strong (I was visiting during a heatwave). The hotel decor was charmingly eclectic.

Cons:

Parking was several blocks away and carrying luggae through cobblestone streets wasn't the most fun.

Strongly recommend people stay at this hotel when visiting Bruges - I would again in a heart beat!
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful - the interior was beautiful, the room clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was also brilliant - just a couple of streets back from the main tourist spots so it was calm and quiet, but an easy walk to all the action. Frederik, on reception provided wonderful service. We had issues getting to Bruges due to train delays, but Frederik was great to communicate with as we sorted out the impact on our room booking. It was great being able to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we could continue to walk around Bruges without heavy bags. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges.

Cons:

There is nothing I would have changed about our visit to Martin's Relais Hotel.

Fantastic
Pros:

Beautiful, historic property in a great location, a short walk from the main square.
Breakfast, in a beautiful, beamed room with canal views, was excellent. The breakfast staff, in particular the one main lady (Clara?), were welcoming, friendly and extremely professional, ensuring all tables were cleared and reset swiftly and efficiently. The hot food, pastries, cereals, and cold meats and cheeses were always in plentiful supply

Cons:

The building is old, unfortunately so is the wiring - not in a dangerous way, but only 3 power outlets in the room, two of which were on the other side of the room to the bed. There are zero USB sockets.
If you go, take long charging cables.
This was the only grumble.

Super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:
