Amazing weekend, beautiful city and wonderful hotel to relax in after a day exploring

Cutre, bochornosa y una autentica estafa.
Pros:

Nada. Las fotografias no reflejan la realidad del estado en el que está el hotel. Es un hotel que está como hace 50 años, no tiene ningun tipo de mantenimiento.
Una cosa es tener una decoración vintage o tradicional acogedora y otra cosa tener un hotel viejo, sucio y descuidado.
Pasamos andando al lado de su hermano, Martin's Brugges que era un 3 estrellas y parecia mejor cuidado.
Y no es que seamos aqui unas personas extremadamente exigentes pero si hubieramos querido un hotel de 3 estrellas nos habriamos ido a uno. Y esto no era un 4 estrellas y ni mucho menos un hotel de 200€ la noche que es lo que nos cobraron.

Cons:

Nuestra habitacion tenia
1. Cortinas rotas y mal colgadas.
2. Toallas agujereadas y rotas.
3. Suelo desnivelado en el baño. Lo cual es una trampa mortal para personas mayores porque no hacias mas que tropezarte al entrar.
4. Bañera elevada, de nuevo otra trampa mortal para personas mayores.
5. La bañera con una mampara tan corta que se salia el agua si querias lavarte el pelo.
6. Secador de los años 80 con silicona derretida y con roña.
7. Champu-gel barato 2 en 1 en la ducha.
8. La cisterna funcionaba a la segunda.
9. Manchas en la tapa del inodoro y en la bañera.
10. Las puertas tenian pintura levantada.
11. Los armarios consistian en 3 baldas viejas de madera y 4 perchas.
12. Un solo enchufe al lado de cada lado de la cama. Eliges o tener lampara de mesilla o cargar tus disposotivos.
13. En nuestro segundo día que ya nos habian cambiado de habitación después de haberlo solicitado la noche anterior a las 7 de la tarde de un día de finales de octubre que estaba lloviendo a mares no funcionaba la calefaccion y tuvo que venir el recepcionista (despues de esperarle 45 minutos) a abrir el calefactor viejo de agua con una llave y bajar a revisar la caldera. Hasta las 9 de la noche eso no empezó a calentarse.
14. Recepción vacia a las 5 de la tarde cuando fuimos a hacer el check in y a las 9 de la noche cuando bajamos a quejarnos de la habitación.
Solicitamos otra habitación y al día siguiente nos dieron justo la de al lado. No nos negamos porque solo teniamos ese día para disfrutar de brujas porque al dia siguiente iba a llover sin parar, no teniamos todo el día para malgastarlo en esperar que nos mostraran todo el hotel hasta encontrar una habitación que estuviera aceptable.
Vinimos a Bélgica para visitar Gante y Brujas con mucha ilusión, en Gante nos quedamos en el Hotel Pillows Grand Boutique el cual fue estupendo y estuvimos encantadas alli y al llegar a Brujas la estancia en Martin's Relais nos arruinó la visita por completo.

Muy tranquila, acogedora y cómoda
Pros:

El Hotel es como una casona antigua, tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la pieza cómoda y amplia (ventanas pequeñas, no tenía mucha vista por eso pero no fue necesaria), lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno, muy completo y delicioso!!! nos sentamos pegados a la ventana con vista al canal, muy bonito!!

Fabulous room, quiet location
Pros:

Confortable stay in the fabulous Library room overlooking the canal. Quiet location , really well equipped and clean , warm room . Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again

We stay in the library room #35 which was fantastic! Excellent location in the middle of the old city. Many choices of restaurants close by

Cons:

Zum duschen musste man in die Badewanne steigen, das Zimmer ist mit Teppichböden ausgelegt. Die Toilette ist viel zu niedrig. Alle Wege im Haus führen über Treppen.

La posizione , il fatto che sia un edificio storico e la vista canale

Cons:

L'edificio avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione specie per quanto riguarda le moquette vecchie e logore .
Il personale freddo e non collaborativo tranne il Sig. Zaki che a seguito di un problema verificatosi di una camera non pulita e lasciata con i letti sfatti si è offerto di provvede personalmente per rimediare all'accaduto andando lui stesso a pulire la camera al contrario del suo collega pelato con gli occhiali di cui non ricordo il nome per il quale avremmo dovuto tenerci la camera così come era .

Pros:

Bel emplacement mais le coût du petit déjeuner est exorbitant et ils nous obligent à prendre le buffet alors qu'il y a un restaurant juste à côté qui offre café et croissant
