The location was excellent for walking around the historic area of Bruges.

Boende i historisk miljö med perfekt läge vid kanalen och 10 min till Stora Torget
Pros:

Frukosten var mycket bra och personalen mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Jag fick även en extra tidig frukost en dag när jag slkulle ut på tidigt fotouppdrag. Historisk miljö med atmosfär och bara 10 min promenad till Marknadsstorget. Trevligt läge vid kanalen och vi hade valt rum med kanalutsikt. Finns även en liten trädgård vilken vi dock inte nyttjade. Finns hiss.

Cons:

Gamla historiska byggnader med charm förvisso, men det kändes också lite bedagat och slitet, Vårt rum var stort men också lite tortftigt inrett och ett stort gammalt skåp hade en unken doft (av naturliga skäl). Hotellet och upplevelsen skulle må bra av lite uppfräschning och lite trevliga inredningsdetaljer men där man ändå beaktar den gammaldags känslan.

Wonderful accommodations
Pros:

The location was perfect right. Close to the main square and right on the canal. The room was very comfortable and I loved all of the unique furniture.

Excellent location. Beautiful historic houses with modern amenities. Rooms and bathrooms big and airy, great views out onto the canal. Staff courteous, professional and helpful

Would stay again happily, if in Bruges.
Pros:

Great location & characterful building. Our room was very spacious.

Peccato speravo di fare una notte meravigliosa a Bruges!

Il bel palazzo d’epoca location carina

Cons:

Climatizzazione non funzionante. Siamo morti di caldo visti i 30 gradi esterni e camera che affacciava al sole. Pessimo. Per scusarci ci hanno proposto un caffè! Avremmo accettato quantomeno una prima colazione completa o un rimborso visto la notte da sauna. Davvero inadeguato. Non è un albergo 4 stelle pensate piuttosto ad un bel B&B in stile antico molto carino per non rimanere delusi.Personale inesistente,servizi inesistenti. Per 280 Euro a notte non ci sono né macchina del caffè in camera, né ciabattine o accappatoio, teli doccia minuscoli, nessuna presa libera lato comodino.
Due volte ho telefonato alla reception e non mi ha risposto nessuno in quanto vi è una sola persona in albergo che talvolta si sposta e lascia la reception inattesa.

Lovely hotel with character within 5 mins walking distance of the central square..
Pros:

Lovely hotel and room - had a suite looking on to the canal with separate lounge area. All super comfortable.
By Jan van Eyck square - 5 mins away on foot from the more hectic central square. A couple of bars and cafes right outside with excellent options for a drink or breakfast if not having it at the hotel.
Right by the no 2 bus stop to the station which was about 15 mins away.
When we return to Bruges definitely where we will
stay.

Pros:

Her yere yürüme mesafesinde, şirin ve nostaljik bir otel. 2 günlük konaklamamızda, temizlik istemememize rağmen oda kapısına bir poşet içerisinde temiz havlular, su, çay vb. ve banyo malzemelerini koydular. Çok ince bir düşünceydi. Resepsiyon çalışanı çok ilgiliydi, sorularımızı güler yüzle cevapladı. Yatak geniş ve çok rahattı.

Cons:

Odaya giriş otelin dış tarafındaydı ve çok dar bir merdivenle çıkılıyordu. Odanın yer döşemesi ahşap olduğundan yürürken çok gıcırtı çıkıyordu.

Very happy with it.
Pros:

Nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view of canal. Lovely "library" bedroom. Very close to center of Bruges.

Cons:

One front desk fellow was awful to everyone. All other staff so kind and generous with time and advice and service.

Pros:

Situation parfaite pour un séjour à Bruges. Le personnel, tres agréable et à l'écoute. Le fait que l'hôtel dispose de places de parking, ce qui est très pratique (le stationnement est tres compliqué dans hypercentre). Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le chariot du service de chambre à demeure devant notre porte. L'état général de la salle de bain... propre, mais avec des équipements vétustes et une finition que nous avons trouvé en décalage avec le standing de l'établissement.
