Traveling with a Service Dog
Pros:

We stayed here because it was close to the venue of the dance competition. We loved our room and the property was clean. There was plenty of open ground to walk my service dog.

Cons:

Some of the staff made me uncomfortable about eating breakfast with my service dog. My SD is trained to stay under the table, lay quietly, and not move. A staff member complained about us so badly, that my daughter and grandson would go down to fix a plate for me and I ate breakfast in the room until the day we checked out. I'm a disabled Vietnam Era veteran, with a spinal injury also with PTSD-TBI. After that I stopped feeling safe.

Fabulous stay as a base for Universal.

Muy buena elección y más si buscas alojamiento con cocina
Pros:

Los apartamentos están muy cuidados y bien aislados del ruido. Tienen todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina, inclusive trapo, papel de cocina, cuchillo que corte en condiciones… en ese sentido cuidan los detalles. Diariamente cambiaban las toallas de ducha aún sin dejarla en el suelo para que la cambiasen. La cama muy cómoda y en general todo muy limpio.
Los traslados a los parques de Universal muy cómodo y cuenta con varios horarios tanto de salida como recogida, están muy cerca del hotel igualmente. Allí mismo en el hotel puedes comprar incluso entradas a los parques si quisieras.
Tienes algunos supermercados para comprar a 10-15min andando.
El personal muy amable y atento, y en su mayoría hablaban español.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido es siempre lo mismo y, al menos para los españoles que estamos acostumbrados a desayunar tostadas, al segundo día de huevos revueltos ya estás cansado. Limitado en fruta y no ponen nada de embutido.
Estuvimos 11 días y la limpieza del suelo del apartamento era los últimos días era mejorable. Además, creemos que no nos cambiaron las sábanas en el tiempo que estuvimos, que al menos cada x tiempo si debería hacerse.
Por otro lado, el cobro del alojamiento lo hacen de una forma muy extraña (cobran una parte, después cobran de más, luego devuelven…) que no nos explicaron cuando llegamos y aún no han terminado de resolvernos.
Únicamente por añadir un par de detalles de la cocina: estaría bien tener un escurridor y una cubitera para hacer hielo.

Great stay!
Pros:

The breakfast hours were convenient, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept, the staff were amazing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Location is great.

Cons:

The elevator was slow and there was only one.

A fantastic place to stay close to Universal.
Pros:

A fantastic location within walking distance of Universal studios (if you so choose although there is a free shuttle). Lovely pool area, spacious , cleans bedrooms, friendly staff and the most amazing breakfast!!

Een goed en schoon hotel met een perfecte ligging voor universal
Pros:

De kamers waren erg ruim. De locatie ten opzichte van universal en international drive was super. De shuttle naar universal of terug was heel fijn. Het ontbijt was goed!

Cons:

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. De stand van de douchekop was lastig te verstellen als je wat kleiner bent. Wel een prima douche met een goede waterdruk.

Très bon hôtel. Je recommande. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Pros:

Situation géographique: proche des parcs et des outlets.
Environnement calme ( surtout si la chambre donne sur le parking et pas sur la piscine).
Navette gratuite pour les parcs ( Universal / island of adventure / epic universe )
Petit déjeuner américain très bien.
Chambre très bien équipée / ustensiles suffisants dans la kitchenette ; grand réfrigérateur et congélateur.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur les coussins qui sont trop mous.
Et une nuit nous avons entendu des clients utiliser les barbecues près de la piscine jusqu’à plus de minuit.

Pros:

Great location really friendly staff throughout, hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a great little kitchen area, breakfast really good choice of food and beverage,free car parking is excellent and one of the reasons we chose this location

Cons:

Air-conditioning unit quite noisy woke me up a couple of times through the night. Found it really strange that a hotel with 200+ rooms can only have one working elevator for 5 floors, this was used by housekeeping also, making it equally difficult to a maneuver between floors,I did feel sorry for the staff continually having to wait for lifts.
When we arrived we tried to get from the 1st floor to the 5th the lift stopped mid floor, we rang the alarm after 5 mins the lift set off, I have a hurt foot had to use stairs yo get to our 5th floor room as the lift wasn't working really need to look at this!
