Great pool
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was okay nothing special, and they start shouting it down before 10am.
Pool was awesome with arch waterfall. Only downside was it closed at 11pm and the older Asian gentleman that work there b very rudely was telling everyone to “get out” and clapping at us like dogs.

Good stay in Moab
Pros:

This was our hotel for 1 night while riding the. Canyon Spirit Railway. Between the Canyon Spirit staff and the hotel staff, we were very well taken care of. WiFi could be better, I found a few tiny spiders in our room but the breakfast was nice. Overall a good stay for 1 night. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Pros:

Rooms were very clean, staff was so kind and attentive, and the manager was amazing. She was so kind and helpful not only to us, but we observed how kind and attentive she was to other guests and to her team members.
The location was perfect and so close to arches.
We will definitely return!

I really like the Holiday Inn's, bc most of them are new. The room was lovely and bright, but for me the downside at all Holiday Inn's are they all very noisy, don't get a room not on the top floor; you can hear every step people make above you. Walls are also very thin. To bad bc I really like their places

Nice stay with helpful staff
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay here! Wonderful rooms and great breakfast. It is a bit out of town, so we decided to Doordash some sandwiches before we headed out on an excursion. However our excursion pick-up arrived before the doordash. Fortunately the front desk operator Jon was very helpful, he received our order for us, put it in a cool, safe place, and when we arrived home later in the evening quite hungry, he safely retrieved our order and even supplied us with plates and napkins to enjoy it with. Shout out Jon at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moab!

Excellent Choice in Moab
Pros:

Excellent location just outside downtown. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is well maintained and very clean with nice well appointed room. The included breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Everything was exceptionally clean and well prepared. Especially loved that the breakfast was so well stocked (and had turkey sausage!!)

Cons:

Not a fan of the way the staff pull the curtain on the breakfast area before the cut off time.
But they were very nice.

Awesome Customer Servive
Pros:

Title: Exceptional Customer Service from Hiram!

After a long morning of travel, my wife and I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Moab and were fortunate to be welcomed by Hiram at the front desk.

From the moment we walked in, Hiram provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in all of our travels. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, thoughtfully placed us in a first-floor suite, and took the time to explain all of the hotel's amenities and services.

What impressed us most was that Hiram didn't treat us like just another reservation number. He recognized that we had been on the road for hours, made sure we were settled in comfortably, and even provided contact information should we need anything during our stay.

In a time when outstanding customer service seems increasingly rare, Hiram stands out as an example of what true hospitality should be. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel and helped make the start of our Moab vacation a very positive experience.

Thank you, Hiram, for your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope management recognizes what an exceptional employee they have on their team.
