Had a great time!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptionally clean and well prepared. Especially loved that the breakfast was so well stocked (and had turkey sausage!!)

Cons:

Not a fan of the way the staff pull the curtain on the breakfast area before the cut off time.
But they were very nice.

Awesome Customer Servive
Pros:

Title: Exceptional Customer Service from Hiram!

After a long morning of travel, my wife and I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Moab and were fortunate to be welcomed by Hiram at the front desk.

From the moment we walked in, Hiram provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in all of our travels. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, thoughtfully placed us in a first-floor suite, and took the time to explain all of the hotel's amenities and services.

What impressed us most was that Hiram didn't treat us like just another reservation number. He recognized that we had been on the road for hours, made sure we were settled in comfortably, and even provided contact information should we need anything during our stay.

In a time when outstanding customer service seems increasingly rare, Hiram stands out as an example of what true hospitality should be. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel and helped make the start of our Moab vacation a very positive experience.

Thank you, Hiram, for your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope management recognizes what an exceptional employee they have on their team.

Great location, well maintained post renovation, good quality room and ample parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was usually packed due to spring break time, but good amount of food was available and readily stocked up. Didnt use the pool, so no comment. Room was spacious in general and easy to get to.

Cons:

Confusion in the system that led to longer wait times to get room assigned. But the manager lady and her staff went above and beyond to fix the system issue which gave our room to someone else..

Expensive and unclean
Pros:

We were disappointed in this room especially for the price paid. It was not clean, the shade on the window was broken, the shower curtain had a bad odor, the toilet was unclean. Staff was somewhat friendly. The list goes on and we would not choose this hotel in the future. Take my advice and shop other hotels.

Great service
Pros:

Hiram at the Front Desk was so helpful. We asked to change rooms (first one had noisy neighbors) and he accommodated our request graciously and professionally. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the result. It made all the difference in our stay.

Great destination. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and perfect hot tub after a day of hiking at Arches National Park.

Great hotel and great staff!
Pros:

This Holiday Inn Express was very nice. It’s located just beyond all the Moab store/restaurant area, so it’s quiet! We could easily drive the short distance and park free to eat dinners or just go downtown. This hotel, the rooms and the breakfast room was clean and kept well. Our room was quiet and the cooling system worked well (quietly). The room was well thought out, too. Hooks were available to hang backpacks, walking sticks, etc.
A special shoutout to Jon who was so helpful to us. He went above and beyond to assist us. Employees that helpful and nice are hard to come by. Jill was also extremely helpful and kind. In our 2 week trip to the Utah Mighty 5, this was our favorite stay!!!

Gostamos do hotel no geral. Itens de higiene de boa qualidade (shampoo, condicionador etc.), recepção educada, água e gelo disponíveis. Café da manhã ok. A localização é um pouco distante, mas estávamos de carro e não foi um problema.

Cons:

No quarto 318, durante a madrugada, acordamos com tontura, enjoo e sensação de “dopado”, com dificuldade para acordar. O quarto estava aquecido (aquecedor/AC de parede). Desligamos o sistema e, após algum tempo, os sintomas melhoraram. Isso nos preocupou com a qualidade do ar ou possível problema no sistema de aquecimento. Recomendo verificação do equipamento.
