Splendid and relaxing. Would definitely come back again.

The location was great and the amenities were just in place. Breakfast was tasteful and full of variety and options. Everything was fresh.

Bella la struttura ma lo staff alla reception assai deludente.

Cons:

Personale della reception spesso assente, molto giovane , inesperto, lento nella procedura di check in e poco empatico. Al check- in hanno chiesto la carta di credito a garanzia ma non si sa di cosa visto che subito dopo abbiamo effettuato il pagamento. Avevo prenotato 2 camere , una per me e mio marito, l’altra per mia figlia , ad una determinata tariffa colazione inclusa per 3 persone. All’hotel tuttavia risultava la prenotazione con inclusa la colazione solo per una persona. Il personale ,nonostante le mie rimostranze, mi chiedeva, dimostrando scarsa disponibilità , €60 per le 2 colazioni non incluse. Conclusione: mia figlia ha fatto colazione in struttura, io e mio marito abbiamo consumato la colazione in una tea room di fronte all’hotel , peraltro molto carina.

Mooi in het centrum. Erg schoon en vriendelijk personeel

Dat je in de avond niet een borrelhapje kan bestellen. Ook geen nootje of chipje.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Top-Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Von dort aus kann man Brügge praktisch komplett zu Fuß erkunden. Das Personal war stets sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Hoteleigene Bar ist klein, aber auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Obwohl es eine hervorragende Auswahl und Qualität hat, wäre aus heutiger Sicht der Umweltaspekt zu kritisieren. Es wird nämlich deutlich zu viel in Portionsverpackungen angeboten. Dies gilt z.B. für Butter und süßen Brotaufstrich. Dies ist aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten: Alles so, wie ich es mir wünsche.
