Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Totally recommended.
Pros:

The lobby is wonderful and with beautiful design. You just want to sit there and sip your coctail. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. The service is incredible and the hotel is very very very clean.

Cons:

Only the room did not match the wonderful design of the hotel- was cosy and the bed was very comfrotable though. The lack of the stroller ramp on the main entrance.

We were greeted by very friendly staff.. Our room was perfect. The breakfast was beautiful, and very well presented

Un hotel para volver una y otra vez
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El desayuno era completísimo y exquisito, con muchísima variedad y productos de gran calidad. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. El personal fue fantástico en todo momento: amable, atento y muy profesional. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, perfecta para recorrer Brujas cómodamente. Además, las camas eran súper cómodas, descansamos de maravilla. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Pros:

Hôtel très joli et situé idéalement . Petit déjeuner est un gros point fort de notre séjour. La chambre était également très propre et confortable
