Pros:

Otelin konumu çok çok iyi her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı da beklentilerimi karşıladı. otel temizdi.

Cons:

Otel çok yeni bir otel değil. odalar biraz eski.Saat 13:00 gibi gittim fakat odanın saat 15:00'te hazır olacağını söylediler. early check in yapamadım. Bu vaad edilmiş bir şey değildi ama yine de erken giriş yapabilsem daha mutlu olacaktım bunu belirtmek istiyorum.

Fabulous hotel in keeping with the beauty of Brugge
Pros:

This is a really beautiful hotel and the staff were fabulous. The breakfast was memorable. Location was great especially with a car. A hotel in keeping with the beautiful historic town of Brugge. We really love our stay here and highly recommend!

Excellent hotel in good location. Staff very helpful.
Pros:

Good location for walking around Bruges. An excellent breakfast. We were able to sit outside with comfortable chairs and service provided by the hotel. Parking was available but at a cost.

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed at a time of very high temperatures and the air con was not sufficient to cope with the heat. In mitigation we were given another room for one night where the air con was working well.

Pros:

The courtyard, bar and reception.

Cons:

I don't believe the decor and rooms were up to the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom appeared poorly finished and could benefit from better maintenance. Breakfast was served in a basement dining area that felt stuffy and unwelcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable.

All good here
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights to do Flanders Fields trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was spacious with a love modern bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with lovely fresh orange juice which was a real treat for me
The location is excellent with lots of places to eat nearby and only 10 minute walk into main square
There’s a nice courtyard to rest after a long day discovering Bruges.
Definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends
Well done to all the staff and thankyou 👏👏
